We had a really nice chilled stay Animation team are great the cleaners all work tirelessly Pools were lovely Rooms are tired but functional and we could always find something to eat in the buffet also the almogger fast food was a good option for lunch reasonably priced plenty of choice

I had great stay at this place
The check in was easy and the lady at the front desk was welcoming and was consistently professional and incredibly helpful
The hotel itself is nice, few swimming pools relaxing and the breakfast is delicious
Easy access to the beach and the room are spacious.

Warm and welcoming hotel, just check the beds beforehand coz sometimes they don't clean it well. Buffet acceptable and the friday options were the best. Also, people should be considerate when picking up food in terms of portions to avoid food waste. Location of the hotels is very good it is actually in the middle of the sea side. Animation staff and swwiming pool staff are very friendly and very helpful. Overall, my kids had a good time and loved it in there.

This is a terrible and dated hotel. Definitely not 4 star. The room was in a poor condition and the food was poor. An english visitor will not enjoy this hotel

This was our second stay at the Al Moggar, we stayed before Covid in 2019 and this, unusually for we regular travellers, was our first holiday since. The staff were excellent, friendly and professional and the security was up to the necessary requirements. Khadija on Reception was an absolute STAR with her helpfulness and dignified charm. We highly recommend this resort.

Not enough towels.
Staff sometimes rude esepcially when speaking in English as opposed to French.
Breakfast was ok for the price.

We tried this hotel on chance and it was a nice surprise. Very good location, close to everything. Friendly staff and great, spacious room.

Don’t be fooled by 4 stars ,more like a 2 star. Disgusting mouldy bathrooms and v smelly rooms.
Good location , well maintained garden and spacious rooms but such a shame no efforts put into refurbishing the rooms. Breakfast was worst I have ever had.Left after one night into a different hotel.

We had a room with a perfect view of the beach. The service we received was helpful and informative. Highly recommend, as prices were super affordable.

There was no towels we kept callings no one give an action plus the gym equipment not working and they want to charge for it

clearly this place have sanitation issues, maintenance issues and the staff need basic customers service training . don’t waist your money
