We had a comfortable, warm and a very pleasant three nights in the studio, with the owners being very helpful. We had to leave early for the ferry and unfortunately didn't have a chance to say thanks to them or fatewell. A very central place to stay in a lovely garden.

The gardens surrounding the cottages were lovely. It was nice to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine.

The convenience was amazing - just a 2 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and hot springs. The owners Maree and Len are wonderful hosts.

Stayed in a garden room. Nice and quiet away from the main house and street. Not serving breakfast due to hosts wanting guests to support the local businesses, which is understandable. Just a short walk to the hot pools and towels are supplied by your hosts. Monteiths Bar short walk on the on corner is great for a pub style meal and good beer.

a lovely quiet place to stay. Yet still in centre of Hamner but away from the bizz of the town. Easy walking to restaurants , bars & pools. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay there.

The property is in a delightful garden setting, facilities are older but very clean and tidy.
No dining facilities ( specifically breakfast ) at the hotel but only a short walk to other cafes

This was a cute little cottage in the grounds of a lovely old gracious home. It had all the amenities and was very private and quiet. Close to the town and all cafes and restaurants. Just across the road from the hot springs!

We had an amazing stay at Cheltenham House. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was amazing. Has everything you need and more! We appreciated the underfloor heating in the bedroom and the bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and so welcoming. We would highly recommend this accommodation and cannot wait to be able to come back.

We had a very good stay. It was only a short stay but we enjoyed the quiet location and having such a lovely garden outside.

Comfortable, cosy and warm but insufficient lighting especially by bed, black shades do not assist reading. Lighting also poor in bathroom a dark shower curtain and small shower had no light.
TV channels lost signals and no Sky tv.
