The staff were very attentive and caring. They also went out of their way to be of hep and service. I’ll definitely stay there again when I am in Dhaka.

Overall facilities is a bit too, especailly the towel, fitted and bottom sheet is too old which made you feel not comfortable to sleep. Breakfast is not worth spending $15 too.

My stay was good, except that on my last night, an insect ran under the door, and then I found a small insect the following morning on my toothbrush. The hotel needs to take better pest control measures.

Like: convenient airport pickup dropoff $18 round trip (book in advance), helpful and pleasant staff, food on 2nd floor restaurant is yummy and high quality, super close to airport, there's a nice coffee shop/restaurant called Gusto like 5 mins walk away, they gave me late checkout Dislike: room quite small and doesn't look well maintained and feels a bit dirty, no hot water for shower (but talked to other guests who said they had hot water), didn't receive room upgrade although Expedia showed I had such benefit My room was facing the main road, could hear noise at night, but I was ok, light sleepers may want to ask for a room on the other side
