Great room! We had the water view and really enjoyed watching the dolphins in the ocean as well as seeing the shrimp boats coming and going.

First room was filthy and had bedbugs, the second room was just as bad as the first. The shower was covered in soap scum and mold even had a broken tile at the step into the shower.i definitely would not recommend nor will i ever stay at the Hard Rock again very dissatisfied even tried to speak to a manager and was told someone would call me later.

Trip was amazing I celebrated my wife, It’s was her 44th birthday we had and amazing time the staff was great the hotel was nice and clean she absolutely loved it.

Just passing through and decided to stay wasn't the most comfortable hotel ever but did the job.

I was put in the adjoining room with the interior door between 2 neighboring rooms. The neighbors had a heated argument that was going on for a while. Upon contacting the front desk and requesting to change rooms so I don’t have the door in between rooms, I was rudely denied. Security was sent to the room and loud arguments stoped. Then the neighbors turned loud TV on inspite, not to mention all the weed smell coming out of the room. The service was unacceptable.

I had booked 2 connecting rooms in weeks before our date and when we arrived I was told they would be on different floors. When I asked if we can get them at least on the same floor, I was told it would be smoking rooms instead. We waited for about another 10-15 mins there only to then be told that they were not ready. At this point I said just give us the rooms we originally had. We was traveling from Texas for an event in town and arrived around 5:30. So I’m not sure why no rooms were ready or why I didn’t get our connecting rooms. The young lady who took care of us seemed as though she didn’t know what she was doing.

Great location but the restaurants inside and resort fees sort of high! Easy parking but had to ask security to keep an eye on my motorcycle because a sketchy person that was trying to sell me a chainsaw was hanging out in the garage! Check in and staff were very pleasant. I had to settle with a smoking room because that was all that was left and it was definitely a smoking room. If you don’t like cigarette odor, don’t get those rooms. Clean, but smelt like cigarettes.

When I booked this hotel it did state the room did not have a view, but I didn’t realize it meant I opened the blinds and saw a wall. The room was very dark. Also I felt uncomfortable using the bathroom with a frosted glass door.

Loved this hotel & casino. Nice gulf and pool deck view. Walking distance to nearby casinos, beach, museum, etc. Loved the room layout and the oversized spa-type shower. Attractive modern decor. Loved seeing all of the classic cars in town for Cruisin’ the Coast.

The good things: This hotel is located on the river with lots of attractions nearby. The casino and several restaurants and shops are all in the same building as the hotel. The lady who checked us in was very nice and accomodating. The beds were comfortable. The not so good: The ice machine did not work. Room 301 had a slight odor but wasnt so bad that we weren't able to stay. It took a long time for the water to get hot to take a shower. This happened both at night and the next morning. Overall we would stay here again and do recommend it.
