Second time here and we will definitely come back again, very friendly staff. Clean, great breakfast, walking distance to shopping mall Santa Fe and Oviedo. Wry convenient. Rooms are big and comfortable.

I stayed here for 2 weeks. Checkin at 1am, front woman was friendly and I got regular king bed suite on 5th floor facing the main street. The room was spacious but my particular room was very old like old wood-like floors and old bathroom, compared to other rooms (I saw other rooms which was more newer/renovated). Bathroom is small for king bed room, not sure if other bigger suites have bigger bathrooms. The shower water pressure is strong and toilet is fine. King bed was acceptable but not as comfortable for 2 week stay. The window is very large and lots of light and makes room even bigger and view is ok. TV is older model so you cannot cast your Netflix. Tv channels are plenty of channels all in spanish except only 1 english speaking channel CNN. There is a work desk and desk chair. I am remote worker so I was able to work on laptop. I wish there was desk lamp for my laptop. The best part of the room was the kitchen, great oven (it was like a very large size toaster oven), microwave, small refrigerator and stovetop. There is a kitchen sink and a laundry sink where you handwash clothes. The free breakfast buffet, food is good. 2 issues I encounter which were bad luck situation: 1) WiFi was good when it worked (one day WiFi didn’t work so I had to go to their other hotel to work). 2) One night 8pm-6am they had to cut electricity to work on the lines so I was not ok with that so they were able to get me a room at their other hotel Novelty Suites for one night for free.

PROS - excellent location in the best area of Medellin, have stayed multiple times and never an issue. Everyone is very attentive, especially Santiago in the breakfast buffet! CONS - need better quality doors in the rooms to block out hallway noise.
