The stay was awesome, very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They even help to give a bday surprise for my husband when we were out for activities.
Just for a small suggestion : maybe they can consider to change their satellite tv to smart tv, it will be superb awesome..

Great hotel if you have a quick stopover. We were there literally 13 hours but had a quick swim and something to eat.
The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff lovely.

Stay was very comfortable and staffs were friendly. Pool was nice and safe for the kids. Breakfast buffet was very good. I will give 5 stars for the stay.
I would give 3 stars for the spa. They didn't check what oil I needed and when I asked just before starting the massage,they were not happy about it. Also I was being told card is not working and need to pay by cash. But in reception I checked while checking out the same person from spa came and accepted the card payment

I booked one night stay and I was happy until I was about to shower. There was a big cockroach at the corner of outside shower. It’s an unfortunate that I had to downgrade this hotel for their cleanliness; otherwise, it’s a decent hotel to stay

Came here with our two children and had a wonderful time. The buffet breakfast is amazing, lovely food and so much selection! Our room was great, had all we needed at such a great price! Staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful too. Pools were great, the small pool is perfect for young children and the large pool perfect for laps or games. Gym could do with some new equipment and some pool toys would be a nice touch but apart from that we really loved our stay and would return!

A very beautiful hotel with a large and clean swimming pool. The rooms are also clean and fragrant. In addition, the staff is also good and friendly, especially those at the front office, very agile and always helpful. Only 5 minutes from the airport and the famous Kuta beach in Bali. Highly recommended hotel.

Nice and very clean, and the service is very good. All the staff are friendly and always smiling to greet. And the location is also good, close to the airport, Kuta beach, and shopping mall.

Over all very good, nice, comfort and good value for money too. Nice and close to beach, Airport and even city. So worth staying there.
The only issue I faced was pick from Airport which even after informing them twice nobody turned up to airport and I had to take cab.

We loved Swiss Belhotel. Everyone was super friendly, food was delicious, the swimming pool was amazing.
It is not exactly in the beach but they had a shuttle bus twice a day. They could even provide with 10% discount to Waterbom Bali

Clean and nice room, complete and well-maintained facilities. And what's very important is that the staff are very good and polite, especially those at the front office, everyone is very friendly, always smiling and greeting us and very helpful during our stay.

I didn't expect that the property has deteriorate so much compared to a few years back. The food is not up to par compared to other hotels. Although the staff are very nice, professional and helpful.
