Smart hotel in a good location. Great pool area with lovely outlook onto seafront. Pool would be better with a live dj at key times. We got a good bargain as we booked last minute hit probably wouldn’t pay full price for this hotel as there is better value for money elsewhere

Great customer service, clean beautiful hotel! Super friendly & helpful staff, i was able to do eveything speaking English.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious with so many options, from fresh fruits to delicious chocolate doughnuts! I enjoyed the fresh pancakes and chocolate con curros!!
Pool and pool area was georgous, was always able to find a chair poolside! highly recommend a pitcher of sangria to enjoy by or in the water!
Spa service was amazing, i throughly enjoyed my relaxation massage by the water.
Loved how i could ask the front desk to order me a cab and they would show up so fast, made it so easy to hit the town.
All around great hotel with beautiful amenities! Highly recommend!!

Very clean and super helpful staff. I just wish there was 24 hour room service available. Also the pool doesnt open till later at 10 am. Everything else was perfect. Easy to get cabs in from staff. Very relaxing atmosphere.

The public areas / pool were nice and the outside of the hotel looks very modern. Food was good when we ate at lunchtime in the pool restaurant, drinks service was good. Staff all very friendly and super helpful. Overall rooms were good but a little tired in places and not quite up to the standard expected for the price. Convenient location with water taxi to Ibiza town and walkable to the nightlife at playa d’en bossa.

We dined at the restaurant at the property and it was the worst food I had. We ordered the garlic prawns and they were drenched in oil with no flavor. We also ordered the tuna roll and it was the worst tasting sushi I ever had. Later that night we wanted to order room service since the check in guy said it’s 24/7. They told us they were closed and only had microwave food. We asked if they had anything like bread and butter and they said no and wouldn’t service us.

Entire asthetic of the hotel was beautiful, the restaurant chef kiss. Though means of transportation (taxi/uber) was a bit of a challenge, recommend renting a car of your own.

Very nice property right at the ocean. Beautiful view of the ocean and nice modern style rooms. I loved how peaceful the surrounding area is. There is also a taxi pick up very close by which is convenient when you’re having trouble with getting a taxi.

Everyone at the Hotel was very friendly and the SPA is amazing! Walkable to a lot of places and there is a Pier next to the Hotel where you can take a boat for day trips to go to different islands and places. Really recommend!! Definitely going back.

Milk pack was open in our room. Around pool was so dirty, after using the bed my towel and bathing suit changed to brown.
Single beds only. One day they give you fresh squeezed juice on day they will give you squeezed juice from morning which didnt taste fresh at all (because they didnt have time) for this price there are better hotels out there

Hotel is centrally located in playa debossa and couple minute walking distance to beach and near the sea busses which run all day and take you to the main areas at prices equivalent to taxis. Rooms were very clean and AC was some of the best I've seen, even getting too cold while it's extremely warm outside. Restaurant pricing was good and amenities are plentiful. Front desk and concierge were incredibly helpful in finding restaurants and areas to visit, as well as nightlife options (can but event tickets directly from them) . Would definitely stay here again if given the chance to come to Ibiza.
