The Location was ideal for going to the big clubs in Ibiza, taxis are always willing to come the villa on uber. Supermarket is only down the road so really handy.

we were robbed on the first night and had euros and a bag taken. This is common in Ibiza and something we were told there was nothing we could do about it.

**Bewertung für die Villa in Ibiza** Unsere Zeit in der Villa war einfach atemberaubend. Die Unterkunft war sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos dargestellt. Die Lage war perfekt – alles, was wir brauchten, war innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befand sich ein Supermarkt, in dem die Preise vergleichbar mit denen in Deutschland waren. Der Pool und die Zimmer waren nicht nur sauber, sondern auch äußerst schön gestaltet. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem zusätzlichen Equipment für den Pool und der Tischtennisplatte, die für Unterhaltung sorgten. Leider hatten wir eine unschöne Erfahrung, als in einer Nacht ein Einbrecher in die Villa eindrang und einige unserer Sachen entwendete. Daher möchten wir anderen Gästen den Tipp geben, unbedingt jeden Abend alle Türen, Fenster und vor allem die Balkontür samt Jalousientür sorgfältig zu verschließen. Glücklicherweise ist uns nichts passiert, und der Vermieter hat versichert, zukünftig stärkere Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wie Kameras zu installieren. Trotz dieses Vorfalls würden wir die Villa jedes Jahr liebend gerne wieder mieten. Die Schönheit und Lage der Unterkunft sowie das Engagement des Vermieters überwiegen bei Weitem.

Extremely clean and spacious

not enough bathrooms for 10 people. beds a little hard, shower downstairs was hot and cold for no reason.

The Villa is fantastic and absolutely spotless. The rental company were excellent to communicate with and passed on lovely helpful information for restaurants, taxis, places to see and local amenities such as refuse, supermarkets etc which made our stay go very smoothly.

Once I reserved on booking.com Alfred from Ibiza Rent House got in touch, he was helpful, friendly and answered any questions I had. The villa itself did not disappoint, it was clean and had nearly everything we needed, with great views from the upstairs balcony. We spent most of our time around the pool, there was plenty of space for all of us. With 9 of us, we were worried about only having two bathrooms, but this was not an issue. There are two near by supermarkets, which was very handy. I would highly recommend.

The only thing missing for us were mirrors, not all the bedrooms has mirrors, but this is such a minor issue. Taxis didn’t find the villa very easy to find, Google maps was needed.

Near to ibiza, good location. Villa was perfect with a good private pool.

The house needs a little bit of attention to make it perfect. Really minor things like broken lamps in the living and kitchen could be a bit more outfitted (we tend to really use the kitchen). All in all a fantastic place to stay!
