Friendly staff at reception, cleaner and others. Maria is extremely helpful. Location is between two magical beaches.

Bathroom is very small.

We have been here before and was really pleased with everything, hence we went back. The location is brilliant with easy access to restaurants, beach and transport. The receptionist is always very friendly, has great knowledge about area, things to see etc. also always there to help out if problem arises as it did when our taxi didn't turn up for our return to airport. It was sorted in no time.

The apartment could have had salt, pepper, olive oil in the kitchen, just a few necessities.

These apartments have the most spectacular view of a turquoise bay, uninterrupted. You will struggle to find a better situated place. The room is simple, the absolute basics but if you want a balcony overlooking paradise then this is for you. The staff that manage guests were exceptional pleasant and helpful.

The style is lacking but it didn't matter because we were out all day at the beach which is seconds away. I had the best time here- living in the prese bynt appreciating the area and all it has to offer with my partner.

fantastic location, exceptionally clean and wonderful staff

This was our second visit to these apartments and won´t be our last, we love it there. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. We asked for the same apartment and were given the one next door which actually has the marginally better view, if that was possible!. The location is perfect, a short walk takes you across the beach and up into the small square where there are restaurants and shops (bear in mind that middle to end of October is very much "end of season" in Portinatx). Unfortunately, due to Covid, the restaurant below the apartments has not re-opened but is planned for next year. The little supermarket is open and stocks pretty much all you might need and there is also a very popular car hire office. The apartment is fully equipped, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, all the usual kitchen utensils and a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is plenty of storage space. There is access to a washing machine which is free of charge. The wifi is excellent and there is ample free parking in the apartments own designated area. We look forward to our next visit and thank Vicente and Maria for being extremely pleasant hosts

Absolutely nothing that we didn´t like. Our only comment would be that all the apartments are first and second floor and there isn´t a lift, no problem for us but could be for someone less mobile.

Great central position right on the waterfront with beautiful outlook. Totally user-friendly with mini-market, bar and restaurant below, yet still restful and relaxing. Ample adjacent private parking. Very friendly and professional staff.

Perfect location - Located directly between 2 beaches with bar, restaurant and supermarket below. All rooms have large balconies looking out over the sea. Hotel staff where very helpful and friendly

Bedsheets weren't changed at all in the 5 days I was there. Cleanliness was OK. The receptionist Maria promised bed linen is changed 'every other day' and cleaner did not do this when she cleaned the room. I complained but said they will be changed once we leave!

Great location right on the seafront with a wonderful view over Portinatx bay. Having the supermarket just downstairs also very handy. Apartment thoroughly cleaned every other day and Maria on the reception was very helpful.

Maria, the manager! So warm and welcoming, helpful and friendly! The apartments are perfectly situated between two lovely beaches, with cristalclear turquisecolored water, green and quite surrondings. Supermercado, small but good, in the same building. Quite a lot restaurants ti chose between for such small place.
