Pool looked cloudy and I think there might have been bedbugs. I had several bites on my back, after sleeping in the bed.

Check in was easy and welcoming. The property is very clean and is in a great location, close to Notre Dame which was important to us. There are restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood was beautiful for walking. Overall excellent!!!

Our bathroom had bugs and a toilet leak. The pool room was not stocked. The rooms were quite small for an accessible room.

It was clean but not a good deep clean as there was dirt on the bathroom floor.
The king bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I kept waking up in pain all night long. We thought about leaving and not staying a second night, but didn’t want to lose our money. The bed was our biggest issue as it caused us to be tired and sore, versus having a good nights rest. My husband tried to lay on the couch and that was just as bad.
The pool was cold and our special needs son who loves the water just cried. We were really looking forward to him having time in the water.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
We had to ask for new towels and toilet paper many times. So that was a little annoying.
This was our third year in a row to choose staying at this hotel. Next year I’m not sure what we will do as the bed was a huge disappointment for us.

Everything good, nice decor, except the smell of bleach in the bathroom was overwhelming and irritating to breathing passages. We ended up keeping the bathroom door closed and opening windows, though fresh air did not help. Too strong a mix of bleach in the cleaning.

Generally, clean and the breakfast was well stocked and maintained. The bathrooms need updating as hardware was lose and the elevator ceased working three times (although quickly fixed each time.

The staff set me up in a room next the their basketball court unbeknownst to me, I had to request a new room twice since the second room was also facing the basketball court which folks were using until 10pm. The rooms were hot and half the bathroom fixtures were coming loose. Place and people were the worst. Not sure why folks gave this pit a nine out of ten.

The room had a lot of dog hair on the couch. The soap dish still had some old leftover soap. The lady at the front desk was the only great thing about it. She apologized and gave us a partial credit for a future visit. Next morning, checking out, the lady at the front desk, didn’t apologize or didn’t seem to care at all.
