Great hotel for a visit to Historic St Charles. Within walking distance of holiday events.

We have stayed here often, great location. Not wild that you can’t really control the temperature of the room to my satisfaction. I like to be able to turn off the blowing air when I sleep.

Booked a double with a friend and paid using points plus a few dollars. At check in I was told that they didn’t have my room because they overbooked. Was told that when you book online that’s not the room you actually get. Everywhere close was booked so my friend and I had to share a bed. Additionally I was told that my room wasn’t paid for and she wouldn’t even give me the king room until I paid again and that I would just have to talk to the manager the next morning. My card is still being charged for the room even though I was told it would fall off.

Great hotel, Very well managed, Clean pleasant rooms and lobby. Staff friendly and helpful. Location ideal to attractions. Never felt crowded by other guests. Quiet.

Excellent hotel, clean rooms and averything in place, new furniture including Frigidaire, coofe maker and microwave. Very goos breakfast included. Just remember to request housekeeping at your convinience. Personnel really friendly.

Great location and price. LOVE the HVAC not being in the wall under the window. Very clean. Delicious breakfast. The welcome cookie at check in a nice surprise. Only regret, the indoor pool temp kept too cold.

This hotel is very close to historic St. Charles downtown. Lots of options for dining, shopping in walking distance. The hotel rooms and hallways are spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. Staffs are friendly, specially in front desk. I always stay in this hotel for business trip. Good choice for breakfast. Beautiful Katty trail nearby.

The best feature of this hotel is how it is so close to great restaurants and shopping in St. Charles.

Definitely will be back. Was very quiet. Never heard any noise in the hall. Breakfast had plenty of options for everyone including our kiddos!!

This worked out well for our field hockey team.. The lobby (and the staff) was accommodating. Breakfast was adequate and the staff worked tirelessly to keep things replenished.. Great location as well.

Nice hotel in downtown St. Charles, MO. Room was very clean and comfortable. Central AC with thermostat in the room. Walking distance from historic Main Street with a lot of restaurants, bars and entertainment.
Free parking in the basement of the building. Would come again.
Highly recommended. Reasonably priced, not overpriced.

Very comfortable hotel nicely outfitted. Excellent location on the Katy walking and biking trail and adjacent to old St Charles. And the mall is only a half mile away too. Easy to get to st louis from here. Not fancy but nice.
