Overall clean but bathroom was very dirty and smelly. Overall building needs repair. There were bugs in the room and on the bed. Staff was very friendly and nice that’s the only good thing about the hotel.

I stayed here to catch an early flight to the airport. Pick another if you're in the same situation! The sheets were dirty and the pillow cases smelled like someone else had used them, not like bleach or laundry detergent...meaning they hadn't been changed from the previous guest. There was a dead cockroach when I woke up in the morning in front of the bathroom. The toilet made gurgling noises all night long and I was by the hotel restaurant, which was noisy, so I didn't end up getting a good night's rest before my flight. Speaking of the hotel restaurant...the food was terrible. I ordered vegetable spring rolls (they gave me shrimp) and a pizza which arrived cold and with ketchup as sauce instead of marinara. I sent it back and requested they heat it up. The "free shuttle" to the airport is the public bus that passes by and there is no place below for luggage so the bus was packed and left 15 minutes ahead of schedule because it was full. There were two families who couldn't get a ride because they wouldn't fit.

Dpraya beats expectations and value for money. Fairly ok breakfast, free shuttle, WiFi & quiet rooms with good AC and fairly ok bedding at only 5 minutes from Lombok Intl... and Large screen with the Word Cup games live !

The hotel is good place if you are looking for a place to stay before flying from Lombok, the pool is good, breakfast is good too. But the bathroom can be a bit cleaner.

Staffs were very friendly, but a little rude, because I asked something for facilities and amenities, but rely too late. I called reception anytime, but never answer. I was also disappointed one more thing. This hotel didn’t have hair dryer each room, l have long hair , but I couldn’t use it, so my hair was very wet during night. I was very uncomfortable at that time. I hopes theses are improved.

Great place to stay if you have an early flight the next day. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Wouldn't recommend this hotel for a long stay as it's far from everything.

The hotel is not near anything except the airport. This only mattered because we stayed there over lunch and dinner, and the food was not very good in the restaurant so there were no other choices. For an overnight stay before a flight- it was an excellent budget friendly option.

Close to airport. Free airport shuttle. The rooms were dirty and stained sheets. Fine for a overnight stay if you have an early flight (as we did).

Hotel was fine. Nothing in the area. Walked about 2 km in search of food and only found a few bakso and other kaki lima carts. Hotel food is expensive and not very good.

Had an early flight out in the morning so stayed here the night before. Simple room. Breakfast included but served after many flights leave so didn't try. Not many warungs or shops nearby as well so limited a bit in that regard. Staff was pleasant though.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was clean and comfortable. All was good. Just one thing, the toilet cleanliness can be enhanced, the black mold in between tiles and on the tiles need to be cleaned/ scrubbed.
