Friendly staff, eclectic vibe, and great location! From the art displayed throughout, to the awesome bourbon selection at Proof on Main, 21C is a great ‘home base’ for your Louisville adventure.

Very friendly, clean, and safety is a priority. The museum was lovely to wander. The restaurant was delicious. Rooms were well maintained. Bed was extremely comfortable and the price was perfect. I felt like we received more than what we paid for.

Room was large , stylish, unique, and loved the brick wall —- totally the opposite of a typical chain hotel

Extremely friendly staff, and such an interesting experience with the art exhibits throughout the hotel! Will definitely be back!

Didn’t get to stay. Had a confirmation number from Hotels.com, but when we arrived at the hotel, they said they were sold out. The hotel blamed Hotels.com and Hotels.come blames the hotel. Didn’t find another room for two hours.

They seemed a bit short-staffed when we checked in. Valet is also the bell person.

No pool which would have been nice in the oppressive heat & the bar closed incredibly early so we were not able to utilize the nightcap coupons on the property which was a complete letdown as we were looking forward to the complimentary beverage as well as spending money at the bar since it was located on property and would have been a wonderful experience. Other than that, I highly recommend!
