The service left much to be desired. Very slow, perhaps due to the high volume of guests. The room had seen better days. There was no body wash in the shower, the door would not close completely, the partition in the balcony was not tied up properly and as a result we could see in our neighbours room and vice versa. Overall a disappointing stay for a 5 star property.

Shower was run down and not clean. It was blocked after a minute of using the shower. Repeatedly asked for shower gel but not replaced. I should not have to pay for a 5 star hotel and not receive the bare minimum.

Fabulous hotel with an adults only area. Pool was beautiful and food lovely. Staff great, very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfy and showers were great.

An amazing experience in beautiful surroundings, our accommodation exceeded our expectations. Staff were super friendly and helpful, restaurants were all excellent with a huge selection of fresh food on offer. Would definitely stay again ... was one of the best holidays ever

It is the Hilton - say no more. Absolutely fantastic place. It is safe, it is clean, it is well maintained it is in fantastic area. You may say it is more expensive that some other places, but it is worth every dollar. Being able to just walk out of the room, and step directly into sand and into sea water is priceless, and that is what you have in this hotel. For our next trip to Fiji, this will be our first choice.

Rooms are excellent with most having a seperate lounge area. Although it is a very large resort there isn’t a feeling of lots of people as it is spread over a large area with 3 restaurants and 3 pools. There is an adult only area with pool and restaurant. There was no difficulty getting a sun lounge but sadly area were difficult to fi d.
They move you around in little golf type bugs which are frequent.
The only thing I think needs some improvement is the a la carte in the restaurant. My understanding is if you have paid for breakfast you can order from this and not be charged but we were charged and also charged for a buffet as we had fruit as well. While we sorted it out without issue we were unable to sort it out at the restaurant. When we did order fried eggs off the a la carte they were cold. The first day they took so long, we gave up after an hour. Perhaps an egg bar where they are cooked to order could be considered. These are standard in many hotels throughout Asia these days.
Otherwise our stay was excellent. The staff were both helpful and friendly. We will come back!

A open letter to the Hilton Fiji Management and Cluster Management teams:
A Disappointing Decline
The Hilton Fiji has been a familiar annual holiday destination for us over the past three years. However, with each visit, we've noticed a concerning deterioration in the property's condition and overall guest experience.
From a property perspective, while we understand that all properties have a lifecycle, the visible damage and lack of regular maintenance are becoming increasingly apparent. Issues such as damaged tiles, malfunctioning doors and windows, mouldy tiles, and worn cabinetry are clear indicators of a property in need of refurbishment (and significant CapEx resource). These issues aren't isolated to our most recent room as they've been common across different rooms during all three stays.
Three years ago, the Hilton Fiji's charm lay in its friendly and energetic staff. It was this alone that was the contributing factor in us returning. Unfortunately, this welcoming atmosphere seems to have faded over time. The decline in overall staff energy and engagement is a significant disappointment, as it was the major factor in both our return visits.
Given the competitive landscape in Denarau, Hilton Fiji risks falling behind if it doesn't address these issues promptly. With so many other excellent options available, it's unlikely that we'll be returning, and we can't in good conscience recommend the property to our friends, family, or colleagues.

Although our request to Expedia for two beds and ground floor room we were upstairs with one bed! We managed to change that on day two by paying a considerable extra fee.
So not very happy with Expedia.
The hotel was perfect for our full family (8) holiday. The staff were fantastic and the facilities had everything we wanted.

The people at the Hilton are fantastic. The facilities are good, we ate at all 3 restaurants. Having an adults only pool was a must for me and it didnt disappoint. The rooms were nice and having an ocean view was fabulous. Being able to watch and hear the ocean was relaxing. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The food was pretty average and prices were on the high side. Wine was expensive but the cocktails were a good price. The place is huge, so be prepared to take the 'Bulla' bus to get to where you need to go - it comes very frequently - the longest I waited was 4 minutes for it. The resort is close to the marina where many day trips leave from (10 min bus ride to the marina). It is about a 25 minute ride to Nadi airport from the Hilton. Overall, a good experience and I would stay there again.

The best hotel we stayed at in Fiji absolutely loved the Hilton and their friendly helpful staff. Service here is second to none. Had the best experience here for our friends wedding.

Bulla bus was not available most times to take us from our room to the lobby/ restaurant and pool area
We had to walk with 3 little kids during rain to get to the lobby, booked a buggy to help us take our bags when leaving the hotel and it didn’t show up, we had to drag our bags with our little kids

I am a paraplegic and full-time wheelchair user. The property was easy to get around (other than an additional ramp is required to access the coffee shop) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The challenge I experienced was the narrow bathroom which made it difficult to access the toilet. Beach access was also limited due to no beach mat or beach wheelchair. Finally, we were unable to book a room upstairs as there are no elevators or option to access these rooms other than staircases. These few minor changes would have boosted our overall experience from good to excellent.
