Amazing hotel! Well maintained, friendly staff with impeccable service! Incredible views of Lake Titikaka!

Wonderful hotel, great value. Miriam in the reception was extremely helpful when we needed to change our room, hotels.com is misleading when it says double beds, they are full size beds and not queen size, we needed a change in our room so we could sleep comfortably. Miriam was extremely helpful. We want to give a special mention to our driver Leoncio Puma, we met him at the hotel while he was there to drive another guest, and hire him to take us to the airport the next day. Very professional, clean and comfortable car, even offer to stop along the way for some sightseeing.

Beautiful view of the lake! Private veranda and a private dock where we launched our private boat tour. Food was amazing, as was the service. Love the guy selling alpaca clothing under the stairs!

We had a beautiful room with a terrace with forever views of Lake Titikaka. We enjoyed a great dinner in the hotel restaurant. The included breakfasts were delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

It is an expensive hotel, but it is worth staying on the Titikaka lake. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff members were friendly.

We only had time for one night here but it was special. Our lake view room was very nice and had a great view of Lake Titicaca both at night and during the day. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Wish we had had more time for an extended stay. Beautiful grounds added to our pleasure.
