They say first impressions count - and indeed, from the lady who attended to me at check-in, to the greetings dally, and even the little details of remembering my birthday with a nice birthday surprise in the room (thank you Fatin&Michelle!) - everything blew me away. The staff at this hotel clearly got it right with their unique touches, and i can confidently say hands down, better services than some of the five star properties in town, and definitely better than York Hotel who's more busy chasing you out than welcoming you in!
Thank you front office staff for making this trip a delight throughout!!

Stayed for three nights, never had a chance to visit the pool but really nice location. Quiet and pleasant property.

The hospitality is over the top and they were very gracious hosts! The only minor complaint I have is that the room I was in was quite humid and couldn’t get set any cooler. The HVAC might be a bit dated? The coldest part of the hotel is the elevator.

Right from the start the staff made us feel like royalty. They were helpful, friendly and informative. The hotel was excellent. The facilities were definitely worth the cost. The room was huge compared to some of the hotels we have stayed in before in Singapore. We will be back!

The hotel is quiet and clean, the staff is great. Important: the breakfast from 7 am to 3 pm and very delicious, so travelers can sleep till 2 pm. Furthermore free refreshments available from 0-24 hour.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. I can definitely recommend it.

The breakfast is terrible, told them I will be leaving to catch my flight and need them to arrange the breakfast upon seated down. Despite numerous reminder, and after 30 mins I decided to walk away.
The crew came apologising but I think they do not need my business. Never will I stay in this hotel again.
