We found elephant lodge at the last minute and while we normally dont go to animal parks this seemed different so we tried - we had the park view room overlooking the elephants area , sitting on our big balcony was a treat the children were so excited. And then the elephants pick you up from the room to go to dinner! Once in a lifetime amazing experience- super top quality resort , very nicely organised . Well done to the whole team there and thanks for a wonderful experience.

This was a very unique experience. The hotel was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond and learning about these rescued elephants was very special. We got to wash one and we will never forget that experience.

This hotel is locate in the forest. We can see lots of elephants from our room. And staffs are very friendly and kind.

Everything was fabulous, recommend this to anyone who loves animals, I just loved watching them all day, sitting having a meal overlooking the pool where they bathe, a highlight of our trip

If you want to stay away from the busy Ubud center and explore the north and east areas of Bali, this is a awesome location tucked away in a remote forest. Beautiful property with an elephant park. The facilities were excellent. A little on the expensive side but well worth it. Residents get elephant rides to dinner everyday. With kids this was usually the highlight of the day. A lot of adventure activities close by and Mason lodge offers their own adventure packages. One thing I though lacking was the menu options for the restaurant. Since the resort is away from Ubud, it would have been better to have more food options, the same limited menu for multiple days got boring pretty soon!!!
Overall, an excellent place to stay if you want to stay away from the busy tourist areas and spent some time in a peaceful tranquil resort with elephants!!

The elephants and their mahouts were such a treasure. Staff were all so friendly and accomodation perfect. Everyone was so accommodating this was a perfect stay.

What a great experience! We totally recommend you stay at the lodge rather than just visiting the park for the day. Two nights is perfect and staying at the lodge offers benefits like a free elephant taxi ride to dinner that you would not get with a day visit. On our next trip to Bali, we will definitely make a point of staying at the lodge & park again.

Facility was clean and well kept- you have limited dining and bar options but none of that was a deterrent as the experience with the Elephants was epic! Staff was great- we even met the owner Nigel- who was lovely! Highly recommend if your going to Bali

My stay and experience here was once in a lifetime with the elephants. There is so much peace, they take great care of them and the staff is so attentive. I had amazing breakfast, dinner, elephant rides and feeding experience. Even my room was so cute and the views wow!

Staying at Mason Elephant Lodge was such a magical experience! It was so nice to just hang with the elephants, feed them and just experience their beauty. The park is clean, the staff were all lovely and were obviously there because of their love for the elephants.
Our room was really nice. They delivered a plate of fruit to our room after we were settled in. A really nice touch! We arranged to go on the sunset safari with dinner. The elephant picked us up at our room, we rode him through a forest area and arrived at our outdoor dining area for a wonderful gourmet dinner. The elephants were eating their dinner just on the other side of the fence where we sat for dinner. Honestly what more could we ask for! The lodge has a lovely pool and a couple of dining options. I expected food to cost a lot more, and found their prices to be reasonable. It really was an amazing experience!

This property is located above UBUD at TARO. Since it is secluded and dense forest you need to have your own vehicle because Gojek & Grab are not easily avilable. We had an smooth check - in & the staff was cooperative and spoke fluent English. Our room was Standard but had all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Later the receptionist informed us that they are offering complimentary elephant ride to their restaurant for Ala carte dinner. We really loved it as the experience was amazing & new for us. We really enjoyed the ride. Next day was our check out so we asked the receptionist to arrange elephant ride at 9 a.m & they oblige. We enjoyed our ride & the elephant was very friendly & calm.
My conclusion for this elephant park is that one should visit this park for an different experience and if you want to have close touch with elephants.
