Hotel does not have parking (Despite information on site informing about parking availability). The only available parking is on the street (if you're lucky) or you need to book some parking in the buildings nearby. There was no Internet in the room as well. Wifi was available but without Internet. The reception was open til 15:00pm so, the only contact was through sms (You need to wait for an answer for more than an hour). For a business trip, it was a disaster. For tourist visits maybe this could work, but please fix the information about the parking. It's not true. The room was cold but clean. Getting into the hotel was quite easy, and instructions for check-in were clear (however if you don't do it earlier and don't have Internet, you can have trouble getting your room key). In general, the concept of the hotel is nice - but information about the hotel should be definitely updated on Hotels.com.

Comfortable, quirky and modern hotel easy to access by tram, though we struggled with some of the doors that all seemed to have a knack to opening them. Breakfast was nice, with a cooked option available each day.

Loved the simple check-in instructions. Unfortunately my room was not ready when i came. Service team told me that check-in was at 14 so information at the site should be updated accordingly. They were very nice and prepared the room for me quickly. Rooms are clean and modern, love the design. It is pretty noisy here at night though so wouldn't recommend nfor anyone who cannot sleep through tram noise/ hearing steps in the corridor. All in all good experience with some minor hiccups and great price.

high quality boutique hotel located in a convenient area of prague--close enough to all major tourist sights but also away from the hoards of tourists that over-run prague seemingly every day. highly recommended.

Our stay was purely amazing! The cohesive modern design of the hotel was minimalistic yet made us feel very comfortable in the whole facility. I’ve personally never been in a hotel as clean as this one, our room was cleaned to the max every day. We booked the hotel with breakfast and it was always tasty and fresh. But what really made the cut, was the lovely staff. They were overwhelmingly friendly and helpful and spoke English quite well. I’m quite excited for my next trip to Prague and will definitely book this hotel again.

There was no one at reception at 9pm to check me in although my confirmation email says can be checked in as late as 10pm. I was traveling with kids so had to get another hotel.

We arrived after dark and it was alittle confusing getting into the hotel but other than that it was fabulous!!! Very nice decor. Very clean. Awesome front desk staff. Great breakfast. And laser tag upstairs!!!

Beautifully designed room with separate dressing area and bathroom. The shower was great. Breakfast was very basic and served in reception. I read old reviews mentioning no air con - this has been fixed and the air con in the room is fantastic. There is also a fan. We had no problem with the noise, but the hotel have actually provided ear plugs if you need them. Local area was very quiet with not much happening in the immediate viscinity, but the tram is right at the front door and will take you into the city centre in minutes - fantastic public transport links! We checked in late after reception was closed and received easy to follow instructions with access codes to get our room key. I would definitely stay again but would go out for breakfast.

I was unhappy with the check-in process since the phone number has changed. Google and the expedia booking number are wrong. So i grabbed a taxi and went across town because i couldnt call for the check-in information. Other than that everything was great. the room was really nice and the people working on the breakfast were nice.

Overall, a good stay at this hotel. The location was not so central, but that was accounted for in the price. My room was comfortable and very clean.

The hotel was very cool and hip. Service was nice and helpful and the room tidy and cozy. Breakfast was surprisingly good. We sure got our moneys worth.

The hotel is in a great location, not far from the city centre and a five minute walk from a local Tesco. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures and is designed beautifully, however it lacks the basic necessities to make it a great hotel - there is no air con in the whole of the hotel including the reception/breakfast area making sleep extremely difficult. We were provided with a fan in our room, however this made no difference and even on the cold setting blew out hot air making the room even hotter. If your room is at the front of the hotel, there is no point even having the windows open as the noise from the trams is extremely loud and again means you cannot sleep. We stayed at the hotel for four nights, and in total my partner and I probably got around only three hours sleep each night. Unfortunately, we were not the only hotel guests not able to sleep - as we heard several couples complain to front desk who told them that they were unable to do anything. One guy as he checked out even said that this was the 'most disappointing hotel he has ever been to' and was given no response by the receptionist. To make things even worse the WIFI in our room did not work and when we informed reception about this, we were told that there had been problems with the WIFI for other guests but they could find no solution.
