Amazing location, beautiful rooms, friendly staff.

Great location, easily to walk and take transit to sightseeing areas. Hotel arranged our airport transfer with a third party from Rome Fucimo and the service was worth every penny. Area is touristy and prices seemed very inflated due to this. We liked having the grocery store across the street for basic necessities. Staff spoke good English and we had no problems with communication or getting a taxi. The elevator is only big enough for 1 person and 1 suitcase. Rooms were very small compared to what I am used to in N. America, however the bed and pillows were firm and comfortable for my liking. The double bed seemed wide and spacious. The shower stall was very small. For the women: If you need to shave in the shower, you will have a difficult time. The air conditioning had a musky smell, however the window in the room was operable and helped it out. The toilet paper was very thin/there was a bidet. Breakfast was included in our room price or 12 Euro. The breakfast was OK. Toast, cold cuts, fruit. The coffee machine was frequently broken, and the fruit was not refilled after it had been picked over. There were not a lot of utensils and needed to ask for cups and cutlery a few times. The cafes across the street I felt offered better value.

Great location and staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The location was great for restaurants and access to major sites. Within five minutes you can access bus and metro stops.

The location was great the staff were excellent it was very clean the bed was so comfy a good variety for breakfast on the downside the roof terrace that is advertised is only for one room and not open to everyone and the bar wasn't open

Location 10/10. Close to everything. 5 min walk to metro, bus to termini across the street, 3 min walk to Trevi Fountain. Room is comfortable but a bit small. Super friendly staff especially Danilo.

Fantastic location, less than 5 minute walk to Trevi fountain and so many great restaurants. The room was large and the air conditioning was very much appreciated. Only negative would be the very small elevator. Only 2 people at a time but not a big deal in the grand scheme of things

This hotel was very close to the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, and metro! Air conditioning was very nice. The staff was very kind and helpful when checking in, but everytime after that, it seemed like it was a chore to answer our questions or help us.

Nice property. Perfect location. Just a minutes walk to restaurants and shopping. Check in is a little slow but the rest makes up for it. Would definitely recommend.

Adorable little hotel with an AMAZING location and friendly helpful staff. The room AC was great and the amenities good. The room had an in-room fridge which was very nice. I gave this only 4 stars because the bedding was not comfortable. The bedspread looked like a curtain and grossed me out. Not because it was dirty, but just knew it wasn't frequently washed. The top sheet was thin and no blanket. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. I would stay here again and was thankful I had my own blanket. The location cannot be beat and the room was nice and quiet!!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially when we needed to upgrade to a larger room. The hotel is very clean and close to many restaurants and attractions (Trevi Fountain, etc.) Would definitely stay there again!

Canadian here - the rooms were small and the bathroom was small. It worked for my boyfriend and I - one suitcase lol It was very walkable to the Trevi and great restaurants - Dilla and Torrential?? Ask the receptionist….. The air condition worked great - 97 degree outside and we were freezing… I would definitely stay here again and again.

I am disappointent. I wll never stay again. This is not 3 star hotel.
