Found it expensive for what is offered. One day they did not cleaned my room at all, despite de fact that at 4pm I made a claim at reception. Not even an apology was made to me.

Nice safe property. We booked a corner suite but upon arriving late we realised the bed was in a really poor condition that one side looked like an elephant had been sleeping there for months as it had a huge dip in it and was very uncomfortable. We did complain but they said they could not change the mattress until the following day. No offer for a room change or any compensation for our poor nights sleep.

The first room I had (915) was great. I had to move to another room because of a reservation issue (my fault). I was given room 1109. It was smelling horrible, like humid. I was given room 1107 it was great but over the night I realized the AC wasn't cooling. I set it to 21c and it didn't come lower than 24c

No response to multiple transport and concierge emails in advance, eight calls for s standard housekeeping service and fresh towels required, half of the basic needs not in the room when arrived - the team seems to be completely oberstrained. Even though the rooms and the hotel itself is nice, definitely not a hotel we can recommend!
