Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good, and good service. My only negative was that there was a straw and piece of bottle cap on the floor, so seems to indicate that the room wasn’t vacuumed or closely paid attention to from the prior guest.

4 stays this past summer. Great rooms, decent pool, hot tub, workout room. Family visits us some evenngs for cards and maybe Valentino's pizza in the spacious lobby/breakfast area. Great location for getting around Lincoln for us.

It was a nice room. However there is some kind of tapping noise in the wall, closest to the bed, when people use the bathroom water upstairs. Sometimes it can be annoying in the middle of the night.
The bed matress probably either needs to be rotated or replaced. There are obvious intentions on either side, where people sleep.
Otherwise it was not too bad and based on price, we may stay there again to visit our son in Lincoln.

This is a great place to stay! Quiet, clean, and beds are so comfortable. Had to leave before breakfast served so didnt get to try.

We needed a place last minute due to plumbing issues in our house. The best west was very comfortable and convenient. What made it even better was they took pets so we were able to bring our dog with us.

Very satisfied! Our room was very clean, the breakfast was good. the staff was helpful. This place was breathe of fresh air. So happy to find it. This is the place to stay when in Lincoln.

The location was very convenient for us. Thew facility exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and very clean. We had no issues.

My dad and I came from Texas for the Nebraska football game and this place was reasonably priced and was a great place to sleep when needed. Breakfast every morning helped start the day and if we are ever back in Lincoln we will stay here again

I have ZERO complaints about this hotel. It was very clean, staff was friendly, check-in and check-out was super easy. They had nice breakfast options and the cost of the room was affordable. Its rare to find a such a nice and clean hotel for this price. I give it a 10 out of 10!

A very comfortable room and a great overnight stay

On par with Holiday Inn Express as far as amenities and room sizes.
They have two elevators, however only one of which was working, thus forming lines waiting for the one elevator. Front desk knew nothing about it and didn’t seem bothered by it.
