Great location. Staff was wonderful. Room very clean, large and comfortable. Only issue we had was very little water pretfor shower.

Vernicer at the front desk saved my TAIL helping me find a same day reservation to move from an incredibly loud VRBO a few blocks away. Meanwhile Miss Sue entertained my 3 & 5 year old kids- they kept looking for her the rest of the trip. The room was great, the property was clean and well staffed. Our room faced Bourbon Street so not noise free but so so so much more doable with small kids compared to staying on Canal St directly. Highly recommend!!!

My daughter wanted to celebrate her 21st birthday on Bourbon Street, and we were able to do just that. I later found out that it is a timeshare, which I didn't realize until after the trip was booked and I read through more reviews. If you have experience with timeshares, then you probably know what to expect.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and it was amazing. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The close proximity to Bourbon street was perfect.

Service par excellence. Ms Sue and the crew took good care of us. Appreciated their advice on where to go in the city. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location is perfect. Close to Canal and French Quarter, but away from the wild partying.

The Service at the Hotel and especialy the reception was terrible. I asked for a receipt for the payment that was made to the hotel, and this was provided rather begrudgingly.
When I checked my account on my return home, the receipt was only part of what was paid to the Hotel.
There is really no reason for one to be so unhelpful and lack of service.
The only person who was helpful was the doorlady at the Hotel who was always friendly and courteous to everyone. She needs to work at the reception.
