Not only was it a small box of a room for two nights at 3000.00!!!!! But the couch “bed” was a once inch spring mattress. The “terrace” has zero furniture and anyone in the floor can walk it and see in your room or bathrooms!

one of my favorite hotels...rooms are large and you can actually get a suite. i like the vibe and the location is perfect.....i had to do a meeting at union square and a meeting in the financial district and i could walk to both.

Service was slow. No one would answer phone at front desk. Restaurant servers didnt come and ask if anything was needed after serving food. Orders were made incorrectly a few times.
Hotel is very clean and bathrooms are immaculate. Exceeded expecations based on past experience with high end new york hotels. Wish the customer service was better for a 5 star restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Andaz. For NYC, our room was spacious, clean, had a full size refrigerator and microwave, the bathroom was very nice, everything was very modern!

My mom and daughters were very impressed. The staff was super friendly and helpful which was a big plus. The room was very large and one of the best views we had since making our random NY trips. Right now this will be our go to place to stay at NY.

This was our second stay at the Andaz. Great location, great living area and great terrace. The only reason i'm not giving a 5 star rating is that the room needs a bit of love to fix the damage that was done by visitors.

Excellent hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable and the ceiling is very high. The bathroom is beautiful. Location is excellent in 5th avenue in front of NYC public library. And it is very close to Broadway. And the service was very good.
