Nice hotel in a good location. Downsides were a fire alarm at 03:50am and a lack of good vegan options in the breakfast. Otherwise a good hotel.

Me and my husband had a really lovely Stay for our 5th wedding anniversary here to Manchester and to see Peter Kay. We were greeted by Maggie who provided excellent customer service explaining all the facilities and even offered a room upgrade to us for our special occasion. The room was clean & the bed was comfy and the additional facilities in our room was great. The breakfast provided a great range from hot and cold and seemed to be coming out fresh regularly and albeit it’s a smaller seated dining space the staff were quick to clear away tables and clean tables to allow for people waiting to get seated quickly.

Pleasant hotel within walking distance of major city centre attractions and minutes from Piccadilly rail station. lots of construction in area but that's city living! as with most new hotels these days, we chose not to have pre-dinner drink at hotel as 'the bar' has no atmosphere - indeed nobody was in it

From start to finish the staff were so welcoming and relaxed in particular divya and hadis. Breakfast was great as it was hot and cold choice, checked out with a full belly, 😋. Thankyou for a great stay ladies.

Spot on. Good service on check in and a swift check out. All staff we encountered were friendly, an enjoyable breakfast with a good range and our room was comfortable with what we needed.

The hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was great. Spacious and spotless. It's situated in a great location and handy to get to the train station.

We were in a lovely studio on the top floor which was nice and quiet. Very nicely furnished and had great facilities with a little kitchen area as well. The bed was a little firm so we didn’t sleep the best, and unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 6.30am on the Sunday morning which was pretty annoying. Breakfast was nice. Would definitely stay again. It was good value and well located.

Had a lovely stay here last night. Me and my partner went to an event in Manchester and stayed over here. The room we got and with breakfast was brilliant. We stayed in a studio. The staff on the front desk were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others

We could check in at 2pm, which was great for us, as we were travelling from early morning.

Room we had was lovely. Amenities in room were great. Own kitchenette etc. like a little home from home. Staff were warm and welcoming and helpful. Dining staff worked non-stop. Loved options to take breakfast to room. The only slight negative I have was the toasting facilities...2 little toasters were not enough for the guests using facilities. Other than that I have no grumbles or complaints and will definitely be staying again!

I stayed during Pride. I was disappointed. Although there was nothing wrong, and nothing specific to complain about, I felt the property, service, food and experience were distinctly average. The place could do with a more thorough clean in places - my shower although not dirty had mould and mildew in places. Check in was easy but I found staff did the minimum. At the end of my stay, I was asked how it was and when I replied that everything was "ok," they laughed and said... "oh I'm sure we did better than okay?" It was very odd! The property is pretty new but showing signs of wear and tear and not being cared for. Some communal floors are pretty dirty. Breakfast was uninspiring. Basics done without flair - I couldn't find one thing that had much taste. I think because this is a bit more of a pricey option, I was expecting much more! I would recommend that staff put themselves in the guests shoes and really think about the experience / hospitality they give. I would not atay again or recommend.

I enjoyed my stay, the breakfast team was warm and courteous, special to note are the two young girls Nikki and her sister, always smiling. Front desk team were superb too, thumbs up for Hardis & Divya most specially. I would highly recommend the hotel for long stay & groups for their apartment facilities. I will come again.
