When I arrived, I faced but issue with my room, but then was given a better a room which made my trip. For that, I would give it 5 stars. Start are friendly and food is nice. I will come back again

Nice staff, very friendly! Delicious food. Rooms could be cleaner, looks like a old hotel. It’s not a new Hotel, the building exists many years. Spa service in the hotel was terrible, not recommendable at all. The staff at the Spa are cheaters and horrible.

We stayed at this hotel twice in the past when it was under Four Points Sheraton. Front desk service was magnificent then.
This time we booked multiple rooms for multiple days.
The restaurant service during breakfast was amazing. Food was superb and the restaurant staff was very attentive and cordial.
However, the rooms were not so clean and the towels were definitely quite worn out. Management needs to look into replacing the towels.
