Bad . Everything in my rooms did not work . I had to called the reception 3 times to fix n still not ok . Never have experienced this before in the past . It’s the worst beyond my imagination

My room was great, nice and quiet and the maid was always ready to clean the room in the mornings.
All the hotel staff were polite and helpful.Great value for money.

This area, street 172 has snatch thief. One happen right in front of me. Luckily he was not able to grab the phone. Be very careful if you see motobikes with 2 adult young male when walking along the dark road in this area

Ok, but you can do better for your money. Air conditioning barely works. Staff friendly. Was on fifth floor and bar across the street was loud until well after midnight. Location isn't bad but not great.

The room was clean, the bed was (all others in Asia?) on the firmer side, but comfortable. The shower had hot water, the AC was quiet, it had a safety box and the WIFir worked. The hotel staff was friendly.
For me the location was perfect, near riverside and some main atrcations. I payd the fixed price for taxi from airport.

There was no AC in the room I was given on a humid hot night. The hotel staff offered to give me fans. I figure I was given the last room given my late check in. That was not what paid for so i was steamed, got a refund, and walked out. The hotel I went to was much nicer. So i recommend the Silver zriver Hotel.

Close to the FUTA bus station & river. The hotel staff was nice & the room was fine for the price. The beds are hard like all SE Asia beds. It served its purpose for 2 nights.
