The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. We booked a vehicle from them to pick us up from the airport. The driver was late, but the receptionist helped us contact him. When we arrived, they already knew who we were. Whenever we asked questions or for help, they were very detailed. We had booked another vehicle to drive us to the airport in the evening. We had gone on a day trip that day, so the reception even WhatsApped me to confirm, see where we were and see if changes to arrangements need to be made.
The free breakfast area is a cute rooftop space. There is a variety of food to choose from. The servers there were also very friendly.
The hotel is quite clean. The room was spacious for my family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen and 1 preteen). The only thing is that the water pressure in the shower is too low.

Enjoyed our stay! Highlight for us was the wam and helpful staff. We felt well looked after on our two separate stays. Room was comfortable and breakfast was convenient. Location is well positioned to explore the old quarter

Great breakfast with wide variety of food choices. I appreciate the shuttle to the the beach club and old town . Location is somewhat challenging to walk to old town from with the traffic.

It was ideally situated although not always easy to navigate back to. However an ideal hotel for the Old Quarter with lots of places to eat within close access. A very walkable area with no concerns about security..The staff were friendly and helpful and I had no concerns about standards in the hotel. I had a wonderful experience at Hotel La Selva! All the staff were terrific. Jackie, the manager, booked day trips and overnight excursions for me that turned out great. Percy, Mia and all the other front desk staff looked after me and made sure I made the most out of my Hanoi visit. Nom, from the restaurant, always provided a tasty breakfast with a smile. I highly recommend staying here as I totally enjoyed my stay!

Great little hotel right near a lake. Lots of food nearby. The staff is very attentive and helpful in booking day trips and other activities. Breakfasts were delicious. Mr Jackie Le and the staff should all be proud. I will look forward to coming to stay again.

This is a great hotel with very kind and professional staff. Hotel is very clean, excellent breakfast and top notch location. Manager Jackie Le helped me with the tours, airport transfer and was there to answer all my questions. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. I must add regardless of hotel being in the center of old quarter rooms are very quiet. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this beautiful hotel, do not look further this is the hotel and location you want to stay in Hanoi. Big thanks to the wonderful staff and manager Jackie Le.
