Rooms and lobby have a musty smell
They told us they would. Change rooms or bring a humidifier and nothing was done

I regret staying at this hotel with my young child. The size of the hotel made stepping out of the room to sit in a lounge after bedtime or nap impossible. The room was entirely tile and I was not given a room with a tub (despite requesting a crib) so giving my child a bath was impossible, and if she got wet there was an immediate slip risk. Additionally, housekeeping left glasses within reach of my child, which one was unsurprisingly grabbed and thrown across the room and shattered (tile floor...). This hotel is not for families.

Nice hotel, conveniently located if you need to be close to Multi Plaza mall or all the high rising building area. No access to beach. Excellent restaurants in the same building but not too many additional options in the area.

The pool was magnificent. The staff were very friendly at the pool and helpful they gave us an extra special service without asking. WOW.
The lobby was not friendly atmosphere to hang out.

The property location and staff were amazing. There are so many dining options near by. We had a couple of issues including the tub stopper not working which maintenance promptly came to resolve. The room bathroom set up was very awkward with the tub being as soon as you entered the room and the placement of the tub was very uncomfortable for use.

The property is outdated. There is a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. Doors slamming, people walking above. Pool area was blocked off for construction.

Beautiful upscale hotel at the upper floors of a tower overlooking the Pacific.
Aside from having to change elevator banks , the grounds are clean, friendly and helpful staff
