Maintenace men were very available (when we arrived) to but in lightbulbs and bring a working TV remote. We didn't notice that the phone was not working right until we tried to call the front desk later that night and she couldn't hear us! The fridge never did get cold.

Chose this hotel 1) as a choice rewards member and 2) the shuttle services covered both the airport and Port Miami.
The airport shuttle dropped us off at the wrong hotel. Not terrible, but we did have to walk down to the other location. Check in at the correct site was a breeze.
On arrival to our room. AC was set at 45, room was 76. There were no instructions to indicate you were required to inserted your room key into a slot to activate the room "power". AC worked intermittently throughout the night. Was not always a comfortable temperature in the room.
With 3 travelers, we booked a room with 2 beds and the convertible sofa bed. Unfortunately, the sofa bed linens did not include a blanket. This is where the experience took a bit of an unfortunate turn. We called the front desk and requested a blanket. The clerk said she was too busy to help and they don't have any blankets. Thinking maybe being busy was a factor, I went to the front desk and waited until she was free before asking about the blanket situation. The clerk was beyond rude. Literally put her hands up on the air, with a not her problem attitude. Stating that blankets are locked up by housekeeping. On-site security even stated they do not have access to those areas. When I asked for a manager, I was told they were not available and there was nothing that could be done. I asked the clerk why the would expect someone who paid $200 for a room to sleep without basic bedding. But we were unable to resolve the situa

We got one of the worst rooms upon check-in....#115 next to the pool when they had a better room where we eventually moved, #415.
The room is dark brown and pretty depressing. The curtains are weird and don't shut the light out completely as there are gaps in them, even when using the outer most one.
The carpet was dirty: my toddler son was playing on it and when he stood up, there were large dirt patches on the knee area of his pants.
The breakfast needs updating.

Our room had a very musty, wet animal smell. Mentioned it to the housekeeping staff and they sprayed some cleaning solution on the carpet. It did nothing. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said sorry, we're booked full and don't have any open rooms. No offer to compensate for smell or a room air freshener, or anything. We will not stay with Comfort Inn again.

The pictures look great, but it was really rundown in the rooms. The rooms were not clean. There was like smudgy fingerprints all over the microwave and all over the tables like nothing had been wiped down. Breakfast was. The lines for the waffles was busy and they were kind of greasy. They were also out of packing place, so my baby had to sleep in the bed with me.

Very attractive property, staff friendly, clean and quiet, everything great except mattresses are worn out and slightly lumpy; also in front of the bathroom sink it was
built up to accommodate a walk in shower so you had to step up to sink and back down to bathroom floor. I had trouble keeping my balance and might have fallen.

we had a double booking so both stays was ok but the service needs work our first stay the young lady at the counter was not so friendly plus we missed out on the shuttle for our cruise based the info we got from her so we had to get a uber instead the second stay a gentleman at the counter we got assigned a room with the room key that was not vacant so we basely was trying to get in another guests room

The rug was all wet around where the airconditioner was. The cabinet where the fridge was, was missing one of the doors. The service desk was quite slow. The fans that were to dry the floor had a exposed wire by the elevator. I alerted them and they just taped it up. I got the room for 97 dollars so guess it was ok

Room looked clean enough when I got there. Then I realized my phone wasn’t calling down to the customer service desk so I had to physically go down anytime I had questions. The first night sleeping in the room I realized the ac unit made a clicking noise off and on all night long. Let them know about it and was told maintenance would check out the phone and the ac unit. Same thing that night occurred and when I tried calling down to let them know, I found out the phone still wasn’t working. Needless to say, it was like that all 4 nights and I didn’t get a good nights sleep the whole stay!!!

Generally helpful staff and I appreciate being able to stow the bags as we wait on the room. The faucet base in the bathroom had a lot of gunk uncleaned around it.
The sofa bed is really awful. I think it would be good to have it set up for guests knowing the room is booked for more than 4 persons
Breakfast, while appreciated, is really not good but enough to help out if desperate.

Property has roaches all over the place. Could not stay in room. Checked out after 30 minutes of arrival. No refund because I booked through third party. So I have to play the contact this and that person game. Never again. Stay away from this place. Terrible
