This is a fabulous property in the heart of Charleston! You cannot go wrong staying here. Perfect size and beautiful on the inside. We loved it! Easy to get anywhere in town either walking or by uber. Cozy and friendly....what more could you ask for.

Always great at the Dewberry. Relaxing atmosphere with awesome bars. Bicycles are a great perk to leisurely tour Charleston. The morning coffee could be upgraded, but otherwise exceptional.

Dewberry is a very elegant and enjoyable property. Staff were very courteous and helpful. We loved the dining options and the roof top club was amazing.

5 star service at the Dewberry! Stayed there over the weekend while my Dad was in the hospital and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything and more that I needed. Highly recommend!

The Dewberry checks all the boxes for us. It’s clean and quiet, with friendly and accommodating staff.
Location is a plus for shopping and near wonderful restaurants. Out trip was only overnight and we wished it was longer. Oh well another trip in the making.

Absolutely beautiful property! The staff was always great and curteous. The 1st floor lounge The Living Room was a very laid back relaxing vibe while the rooftop bar - the Citrus Club is so up-scale yet accessible and provides great views of the city! Cannot recommend the Dewberry enough!

For a fine, up-scale hotel experience, The Dewberry is great.
But for me, the internet is terrible and unreliable, and the TVs are not smart TVs with streaming apps. This is an issue because streaming from a laptop has buffering issues because of how bad the internet is. I had to do some upgrades on may machine and what should have taken 5-10 minutes took 2 hours. And I couldn't even stream on my other device at the same time. That's bad, but perhaps what most people who stay at The Dewberry want - a non-technologically advanced stay.
(plus there is no coffee other than in the morning; I don't count espresso as offering coffee - I had to walk to Starbucks across Marion Square to get coffee in the afternoon)
