Breakfast was good.

Indoor pool was extremely hot and stuffy.

The bed was very uncomfortable for me.

It was good enough for one night.

Breakfast would have been better if styrofoam plates and bowls were replaced with something biodegradable. It felt unhealthy for me personally and for the planet as a whole. Also the TV was hard to work and I would have appreciated some options without advertising.

Overall clean. The staff was great.

Outdated technology. Had to constantly get new key cards because they were getting demagnetized. The doors were incredibly noisy so you knew any time someone opened their door regardless of floor. Lastly, the AC was very loud every time it turned on.

The hotel was great, staff was friendly, water pressure in the shower was AMAZING. Close to the outlets, walking distance to food.

There isn't a real blanket/comforter/spread on the bed so if you are cold natured you need to have your own. Also the toilets are really low to the ground.

The Manger came out and spoke to there guess.

The room was very spacious & bed was comfortable. We liked the walk in shower. The staff was very friendly. Location was great for finding the historical district. We would recommend this hotel & would stay again.

close to interstate, clean and everyone was pleasant

I loved the cold, comfortable rooms and the super soft beds! bathroom was clean and the shower was beautiful. the free breakfast was yummy and staff always friendly.

Breakfast was good. There was a nice variety of fruit, muffins, protein and the ability to make your own waffles. Nice variety of morning drinks as well.

Rooms were dark, dingy and felt very dirty. The bathroom was very dark. The walls and caulking were cracked as was the sink. Very disappointing at a price of $270 per night. We will never stay at Comfort Inn again. We have never felt like we had to report a property, restaurant or any business to the department of health. In this case, we have already sent pictures and a complaint. It is fortunate that the hotel is close to the North Charleston Convention Center and Tanger Outlets.

Great front desk staff, room was very clean and had everything I needed. Even had soft towels, which was a big unexpected plus.

if you don’t know the area, the entrance to the street is a little tricky. My room was great for noise, but I can see how it might be a noise issue if you’re a very light sleeper.

A good variety

The beverage machine was out of all products. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, I was told that they had no control over keeping the machine being full or empty. I wish he had told me that there was nothing in the machine to buy before I went to 3rd floor when I asked where the machine was.

They could have control over their beverage machine. Or at least call someone to have them fill the machine.
