The bathroom was in good condition and the beds comfortable, but the first room had a very noisy air conditioner. When we asked to move, the manager should have offered to take us to review the condition of the new room. But I had to ask. Following this type of guest request, only a manager should make sure the guest experience is perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, including the bell boys, housekeepers and room service. Additionally, note the pet fee adds 43% to the room cost. That’s extremely high and was not available when booking. Hotels.com needs to force their partner properties to be transparent with pet fees and all other fees.

Great hotel, great location, great room... The hotel is next to do a lake and far away from traffic. In the middle of a large green garden next to the water. No noise at all. Our suite room was real large room with bedroom at the second floor.

Outdated, old, dirty, uncomfortable and the AC works horribly (and they turn it off every time someone cleans your room, so when you come back, you cone back to an oven. The pool is not workin. Not worth what they charge. The food is terrible. Avoid at all costs. Fiesta Inn should think about not giving its name to this disaster

It was a business trip and the location was convenient. The thing standing out the most was the gardens. They have a nice swimming pool. The rooms are good size and the shower is great. The wifi was slow everyday but worked all the time. No interruptions.

there was lice on the pillow even though bed was comfortable and they cleaned the room again I just couldn't get over the fact that maybe I could get lice without knowing it.

The staff, bar, restaurant, and pool area were excellent, but the rooms were not very clean. I would stay here again in a pinch, but expect more from the fiesta inn as we stay at their other locations across Mexico quite often.

Great location, nice hotel, and great staff. The rooms don't have fridges, which sucks for me. Also, the hotel is in need of some updates.

The rooms and bathroom are old and outdated and don’t include simple things like a fridge or hand/body soap. There is a rude man on the front desk that took far too long at check out. I would not recommend staying here.

Everything was wonderful, the only thing that was a bit inconvenient was out air conditioning unit leaked water everyday. But staff, location, and service was amazing. I would stay here again!

I really liked its natural surroundings. A natural lagoon was about 15 meters from my room´s window. You could see natural birds, as well in the lagoon. The room was spaciously enough, you don´t feel like boxed in. I did not like the lack of cosmetic ammenities (there were too few). Years ago the Fiesta Inn´s brand had a better offering.
