Very comfortable rooms. Nice staff. Be aware that you need a physical credit card to pay the security deposit - they don't accept Google/Apple pay -fortunately I had a physical card with me. There was unfortunately a bit of noise from the street, but I suppose that's to be expected with a busy city centre hotel.

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Krakow. The rooms are tastefully decorated and superbly finished. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful! The breakfast offers good selection of salads, meats and etc including a al carte.

Really nice looking hotel, and good breakfast. Unfortunately there was too many things that was not so great, and not to be expected from a five star hotel. One out of two spot lights in the bathroom was broken, which made the shower section quite dark, and despite mentioning it several times in the reception, who promised to send someone to fix it, it was not fixed during our 4 night stay. Despite having renovated the hotel recently, the window in our room was very thin, and hardly dampened any of the noise from the street outside. There was not blackouts curtains in our room either, so the room was completely light very early in the morning, which did not comprehend well with the late night noise. When we arrived there was only a half full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and no spare ones. We thought that they would fill it up the next day, but that didn't happen, so we ended up having to ask for more in the reception so that we wouldn't end up running out. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not that good either. When we arrived in the room I noticed a dead fly on the floor next to the wall. It was very easy to spot, so I left it to see if they would remove it at some point, but they never did. Also the hallways was definitely not cleaed often enough. So even though the hotel was looking really fine, there were too many errors/faults for a five star hotel, or any hotel for that matter.

Great location in old town. Everything is a short walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Very quiet, clean, upscale hotel. Large room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Great stay, luxury brand new hotel with excellent noble materials, they have kept the ancient atmosphere and implementing a nice touch of modernity. Highly recommended in alternative to the "Big Stars" like Hilton

Fantastic location in rhe old town just 1 blocks from rhe main square. Fantastic bed linens and pillows and luxurios bathroom. Front desk were very helpful. Will stay here again!

Great location in old town though somewhat difficult to access by car. Had to violate a couple “no entry” signs to get there. Nice and friendly staff. Everything on par with expectations in this luxury labeled hotel, with exception of electrical issues causing non-working lift one day followed up by non-working air conditioning in our room the next day.

Hotel is in a great area for access to all the beautiful sights of the city which is beautiful. Room was lovely and luxurious but I was disappointed as there was no bar or communal area in the hotel apart from the restaurant The reception is small and access is immediately up the staircase or lift. It felt as though the hotel had been split off somehow. It did not impede on our trip as Krakow is so picturesque.

Great location in Old Town. Most comfortable bed we had during a month of traveling around Europe. Classic, historic building but with modern features. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is extra but there is free coffee available all day, and free snacks (including wine!)in the afternoon. Highly recommended!
