Relaxing getaway. Well designed large rooms high celings. Friendly staff throughout property. Nice continental breakfast. Quiet rooms. Commercial grade laundry facilities. Overall very nice property.

When I checked out, I left several items in the cupboard in my room. When I discovered this, I contacted Parehua and they retrieved the items and arranged to get them sent to my home address.

This is our second stay here, and we highly recommended it. Excellent accommodation. The breakfast offees a great selection. The staff are super friendly and very attentive. We will certainty be back. We ordered room service from the restaurant and the food was delicious!

The resort exceeded my expectations. The room was perfect, very spacious and well appointed. The hot tub was almost new and sitting in it looking out over a frozen morning garden was next level. The service from all members of the team impressed me as well.

Well equiped clean and luxurious cottage with everything we needed for a quiet and relaxed stay . Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The cottage was lovely. Perfectly appointed. Hot tub was great. They were running late with housekeeping so we were parked up waiting for them to finish. That may explain why the vacuuming missed a few things. Also they were servicing the hot tub and deck while we were there. Would have preferred that was also done prior to arrival to preserve privacy and enjoyment of lovely space.

The hotel is nicely located within a 15-mn walk to the center of martinborough but it is very outdated. It was probably very modern 20 years ago but it needs a remodel now.
All the furnitures, both inside and outside the units, are old. Similarly the kitchen and bathroom are old and in need of a renovation.
The breakfast is average at best. There is only bad drip coffee available for free, the toasts are sliced processed white bread instead of fresh bread, most fruits are canned, etc.
The wifi is barely strong enough to make video calls and the staff is not very helpful either.
