Our original stay was fine but when we had to extend our stay we found maid service was sporadic even when requested. Nice breakfast but we found our selves on two mornings all being compressed into the waiting area as the breakfast area was going to be used later in the day. Location was perfect, beds comfortable.

Great room. Wonderful view from roof top bar. Breakfast was great. But the best thing was the staff. They were so helpful and really were great to work with.

Room cleaned and restocked each second day. Location of hotel to adjacent subway made easy access to Manhattan and rooftop bar area hreat for drinks and amazing views.

Stayed there on my trip to NYC. PATH station is right outside. Easy trip to Manhattan. Clean, great reception service. Stunning view on the top floor where you eat breakfast. Great boardwalk along to river to walk with a view both day and night. Free breakfast didn't disappoint. I would highly recommend.

Excellent location! Great hotel!

Parking is not onsite we had to park a garage and walk outside to get to our hotel. completely inconvenient with children and luggage.

I spend every 9-11 here.

I recently stayed at Hayatt House New jersey and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. There were several issues that made my stay unpleasant: The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. When I requested assistance with Water in the room,it took an unreasonably long time to receive any help and i didn’t get any water for my room.the staff was so rude! There was a severe lack of communication from the hotel staff. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay at Hayatt House New jersey I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly. Improving these aspects could make a significant difference in the experience for future guests.

Hotel is very clean but their staff needs to get trained. Especially one in downstairs lobby. People can get easily confused because lonby is upstairs to check in. They need to work on their breakfast as well. Poor service

This was a perfect, quiet location just outside of New York City, with a quick, cheap ride on the Exchange station PATH or the Paulus Hook ferry to get across to Manhattan. We were able to get all the “city” time we wanted and needed, with quick access to the subway, while also being able to relax in our space at the Hyatt. Lovely views for breakfast and at the rooftop restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay! Room was clean and quiet.

Very nice hotel, very modern and everything was exceptional. It’s particularly convenient if you want to stay close to New York City and not pay New York City prices. There’s a train station right in front of the hotel (not even a minute walk) which makes it super easy to get around. The hotel is located in a very nice area by the water where there’s a boardwalk and you can see the New York skyline, which makes for great pics.

Breakfast is weak. Parking a little on the expensive side. Loud music on Friday night. Other than that, great place, good value. Would stay there again. Clean, staff are great, helpful, and location is fantastic and family friendly.

The hotel was great. It was close to the subway to get to New York. Literally right across the hotel is the subway. Staff were friendly. The down side is that it doesn’t have a pool.
