Very welcoming host, the guest house and room was spotlessly clean and would definitely recommend and will return again

It was a lovely clean hotel we enjoyed our stay and it was covid safe when we sothe owner on the stair and cleaning rooms they had mask on we have been in 13 different hotels in Scarborough and this is the one we will return to and recommend thanks for a wonderful stay

Clean, comfortable and good location guest house. I would say more suited to couples, as I had a single room and the shower and toilet were separate to my room. A bit inconvenient if you're not used to this type of accommodation, or need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. As the guest house didn't have it's own parking spaces, you need to pay for a permit and park across the road, but the cost didn't break the bank at £2 per day. Overall a good guest house, in a good location, within around a 10 minute walk to the main shopping centre and beach. I would stay here again, although would choose a double room to get an en suite.

Owner was very polite and helpful room was really lovely over looking the cricket ground very good location 5 minutes to beach. 5 minutes to Peasholm park. Very comfortable stay.

Great view of cricket ground. Friendly host. 10 mins walk to town, 2 min walk to North Bay, 5 min walk to Peasholm Park & Open Air Theatre. Really big bed and has heated blankets. Overall really comfortable and relaxing stay.

As soon as we entered the premises we were made feel very welcome . Paul advised us on parking etc . The room and facilities were absolutely first class . This is one b&b that we will return too . Everything was clean and tidy . Nothing seemed to be any bother to paul . And he is very knowledgeable about everything that is going on in Scarborough. ***** establishment

A very clean comfy room and bed. Close to the sea, short walk for excellent sea views. Pleasant greeting by the owner.

Amazing Hotel, So close to the beach and everything is within walking distance, Staff are so so friendly, The Breakfast was amazing. Overall we have loved staying at the Ainsley Court Guest House, we are already looking at staying here again, Absolutely Fantastic, thank you.

Close to amenities. Reasonable prices too. Room 1 very clean and spacious, overlooks the cricket pitch so was very quiet. Good sized ensuite.

Very clean well run guest house, enjoyed the piping hot full English breakfast.
