Chrck in was great and all staff were amazing, only real issues were that the people above us were either having a party or just wanting to try and break through the ceiling both nights we stayed until 1am. It was absolutely horrible. We spoke with the front desk both nights, first night around 1145 nothing changed and second night around 1230. Second night the gentlemen at the front desk said he had other complaints as well and he would go speak to them but it still continued. Also our tub would not drain and would fill up rather quickly after a 5 min shower. Other than that it is a very nice hotel with great beds and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were amazing and our kiddos loved it! That was the main reason for our stay was the pool because we were traveling to RC for our sons 12th bday. If they could get a few things changed up and uphild the "quiet hours" I would definitely change this to a 5 star review.

Not given a clean room when I arrived. When I asked for a different one, I was asked if “it was really dirty.” There were door dash bags all over the room and dirty linens on the floor.

I would not recommend staying here- we had to switch rooms 3x. Our first room had wet carpet which was not discovered until my wife's socks absorbed it up. Our second room had a broken fold out couch - we were told they would get an order in for maintenance to fix it (which didn't happen). After showing the maintenance man how it was broken, we moved again. The 3rd room had a leak under the sink which was discovered when the provided dryer was wet. Everything was falling apart including unstable furniture, toilet seats, leaking sink, broken slanted fold out couch. Even the coffee pot was so dirty we had to request it to be cleaned. Staying here was a bust for sure!

When we arrived, the front desk clerk was busy talking on her personal cell phone. She was so distracted that she didn't input our room keys correctly, so we had to go back downstairs to have the problem fixed. Then our air conditioner unit was making weird noises all night. It wasn't a pleasant stay for us

Our stay at Cambria was very disappointing to say the least. We didn’t have ANY housekeeping at all, even when we complained and were promised housekeeping, no one showed up. We basically had to do our own. We had to go get our own towels/cloths, coffee, empty our own trash….everything. Also, no free breakfast, that’s a bummer. With the cost of the room per night you expect housekeeping and complimentary breakfast.
