it was spacious nice and clean and had amenities for a short or long stay.... very recommended, very clean, staff are very friendly . close to a lot of spots to eat.

I really started to have wonderful things to say about the place but this morning I have reconsidered most of them. The staff is possibly the rudest most inconsiderate I’ve ever encountered. Before 8 am several started slamming doors and yelling to one another across the hall. The terrible part? I am the only guest on this floor. There was no reason for it. Rude, inconsiderate TRASH. No wonder they have to clean rooms on a hotel, who else would hire that?

Just a quick overnight stay. Room and bathroom were very clean. While other hotels were asking $180 to $300, this place was just $136. Can’t believe what these places ask just to sleep in a bed and take a shower. My Place was in a clean and safe area. Would recommend if you like saving money and still want to stay in a clean, safe hotel.

I have left hotels that have guests like that. My Place has great little kitchenettes, comfy beds, spacious bathrooms and cable TV. It’s not fancy and there’s no hot breakfast but I’ve never felt unsafe and my kitty-cat (travels everywhere with me) is comfortable here… and she is the real judge of where we stay!

Place smelled bad (illegal drugs through out all the floors) no gym, no pool. Would not recommend if you go with family. Find a nicer place with more amenities

Have stayed here many times and always have a great stay. Convenient to Kauffman stadium. Rooms really clean, beds comfy., give you enough coffee to make a full pot.

A kitchen but no dishes, cookware or utensils is pointless. They sell them but that’s ridiculous. I tried 2 times to get makeup remover wipes and ended up waiting 40 minutes only to find they didn’t have them. Refused to switch our ant infested room when we arrived, and then later to give us a late check out after we overslept when we got stranded after a concert the night before. Will never stay at this brand again.

I always stay at MyPlace whenever I'm in KC, or Overland Park, Ks. Very consistent quality, comfort, cleanliness.
However, this particular visit the facility was full, and I was lucky enough to have a family of Clydesdales above me that didn't stop the ruckus until the wee hours of the morning...even after management paid them a visit. I checked out earlier than planned. But I really do appreciate the staff's effort to make it better!!

Quiet comfy beds staff was great. Just need to fix things (side door card reader dis not work so prop door open if you were coming right back or walk around to front in heat.) Ele tric did not work right in one room had to change rooms
