So from a logistics perspective the location for us was good 10/15 min walk from the beach but the pavements first 4 /5 mins are not good (with a pushchair) by this isn’t the hotels fault Generally the facilities are good and the people were nice but there were a few problems which we decided to over look in light that the room was light airy and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bath and shower which is always nice! The fridge didn’t work No lighting on the balcony Can’t pay by card at the pool bar Breakfast which is included all day (bonus) is average with a very poor asethetic compared to the ground floor of the hotel Generally the staff were great - although the restaurant lacks a bit of atmosphere. However when I booked - advised we were travelling with an infant - they couldn’t guarantee a cot but there was one.. they didn’t mention there was a fashion show on every night blasting music until 10pm but again we just worked through it On the second to last night a wine glass fell over on our balcony - in the dark because there is no lighting or furniture .. We were accosted in the lobby multiple times requesting we paid 5m (250£) because of this accident. Michelle on reception was awful - blamed it on her management.. I’ve never felt so insulted - over a wine glass! She proceeded to tell me it was not because of the wine glass it’s to teach people to respect the facility- which in itself was even more embarrassing- like we were throwing wine glasses! The

The hotel itself doesn’t offer much, so you’ll likely want to leave often. The rooms are decent but not great. The air conditioning blowing ice-cold air even when set to the warmest temperature. For the price, better options are available. Hotel pricing for food and services is high. Advertised as having a playground and a children's pool, the reality was disappointing. The playground was a small room behind the smoking area, with no separate ventilation, so smoke easily filled the space. There was no dedicated children's pool, only a shallow section of the main pool, which looked dirty. The courtyard was also not stroller-friendly. We complained about the smoke and the lack of a proper children's pool, as these didn’t match the description. When we asked to shorten our stay from six to four nights, the hotel refused to change the booking after check-in, forcing us to find other accommodations while still paying for this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. If you do book, make separate reservations to allow for easier cancellation.

Security was very good. Key cards were needed to work the lift. The poolside was magnificent. The property was clean. The room and bathroom were a good size. Only thing is the lights were very dim. Especially in the bathroom, my husband couldn't see if he shaved properly and I had to use the tv to check my make-up. The rug under the bed was stained but blendeded into the design. I only knew this as my ear pod had dropped so was on my hands and knees to find it. There was dust under the bed. The sheets were spotless and brilliant white. The towels were smelling of oil on my first day there. I would suggest to carry your own towels. They change towels every two days. I had to request fresh towels everyday. The beach is down the road. There were numerous tattoo parlours, massage parlours and small street shops selling everything from rip off designer stuff to sarongs.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and I truly enjoyed my suite. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a wide range of delicious options. I was celebrating my birthday during my stay, even though it wasn’t on the exact day, but unfortunately, the front desk staff didn’t make me feel particularly valued for my celebration. Despite that, the overall experience was wonderful.

I stayed in TSand room. LOVED it. Glad I booked this hotel to end my 3 week vacation in Indonesia. I booked it for the in-room tub and couldn’t be happier!! I wanted to make sure I get to relax before heading back home. Their spa was meh. The pool is gorgeous BUT be careful with the steps there! My friend slipped as he was getting in the pool and cut himself. The tiles were slippery! The options for breakfast was good compared to most of the hotels I booked throughout my vacation.

Excellent hotel with clean, safe, comfortable facilities & great, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast & dining was great.
