Amazing accomadation,right in front of surfers paradise. Lovely morning view and evening vibe. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were very clear instructions on how to pick the keys up after hours and the location itself was absolutely perfect, close to everything. We were able to use all the facilities that hilton has to offer too. Will definitely come back !

We had a great stay. The location is super convenient, apartment had a great view, was spacious and tidy.

The property itself was great. The lifts were not working properly and caused many delays trying to get into the property.

2/5 days we stayed there was no hot/cold water. We had kids with us. The AC/heater in the apartment did not work properly.

Very nice stay and nice panoramic view

Good location but room was very tired and the cleaners did not do a very good job prior to our arrival (lipstick on bathroom vanity, shoe from previous guest in cupboard, very ill equipped kitchen and dust everywhere). Our internet stopped working halfway through our stay and despite sending someone to look at it, it was not repaired so could not stream any services without hotspotting from phones. Check-in process, especially if you have a car, is tedious and expensive - had to pay to park the car in another carpark (despite being told it was free) to then collect swipe key to access the hotel's carpark!. Apart from the location and the amazing view, the rest of our stay was substandard and disappointing.

We went ahead with a booking for this property with an open mind despite the reviews. We know the area well so knew the location would be great, especially for those with kids. Pros: Location, view, space. Parking was easy despite everyone whining about it. Office is easy to find also despite the reviews. Cons: What let us down the most was the lack of basics. We stayed in a 3bed apartment. There was one teaspoon, and 2 bowls for the entire apartment. Mix matched glassware and plates and not enough knives- if you want to get picky. 3 coffee pods only. General feedback: In this day and age you can’t expect anyone to want to email through a credit card and drivers licence! Please change your policy on this. This can be provided on check in . If the owners are reading this- As a family we would expect a small amount of pre packed laundry power, a small milk in fridge waiting on arrival. Teabags and coffee bags. Every serviced apartment we have stayed at have these. Please get the skirting clean. It’s letting down the apartment. We go to the GC a lot, and these small gestures would be what would make us rebook accomodation again. For what we paid we felt a little let down.
