Very comfortable and spacious room. Everything was spotless. Excellent location near the square. Short walk to Crystal Bridges Museum. Staff was very friendly. Best place to stay in Bentonville.

We loved all of the art work, and seeing the green penguins everywhere was so fun. We enjoyed the dinner and service in The Hive as well. Overall a wonderful stay! We will be returning in the future!

Always love our weekend getaways to Bentonville and the 21C never disappoints. Great large rooms, big bathrooms and incredibly comfy beds.

A stopover in Bentonville for the night. Such a cute town and area! The hotel is on the town square. We valet parked for 15.00. The hotel is very nice, quiet, large room. They have a restaurant/bar called The Hive, very good food and drinks.

This property was nice for rich people but there was nowhere to eat that wasn’t going to cost $75/person. There wasn’t a pool. There wasn’t continental breakfast. The area surrounding the hotel would have been beautiful if there hadn’t been 5 tornados touch down 3 days before our arrival. As it was, most places were closed or operating on minimal services. There was no cable the whole time we were there. All of that said, this is not the type of hotel I would have chosen but when nothing else is available, you take what you can get. Everyone was extremely nice and if I’d been there with the intent to spend money, it would’ve been ok. Since I was there on business with a $50 per diam, it just didn’t work for me.
