Excellent stay. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff 24/7 on desk. The room was lovely and perfect for a solo stay very clean and had great amenities. The location was perfect off Jean Medicin the main high street in Nice and 10/15 min walk to Old Town and sea front.

Small room on the 1st floor with a bathroom where I barely fit on the toilet. The room's window was looking inside the courtyard, but much of the view is air-conditions equipment all around. Room doors are impossible to close without loud bang, so some neighbours woke me up a number of times in the night. The hotel was in a perfect location and the staff were very pleasant.
However my partner and I are covered in bites, potentially flea or bed bug bites the latter seems more plausible as it was each morning we woke up with new bites.

We styed at this place only for one night but found it well located close to the train station and the main pedestrian / shopping area. The concierge called us a good taxi in no time.

Unfortunately expect from the friendly staff, it would be difficult to find positive things to write. The room is very very small - one cant even sit straight in the toilet. The amenities could also be improved.

For the price and location it is value for money. It is definitely a 2* hotel though. Receptionist very polite, jovial & helpful. Toon was clean & tidy albeit dated. It is an old building, as you’ll see. It did the job. It’s not a hotel to linger in its purely functional.

Great hotel and the staff helps arrange the tour to nearby cities. Close to the train station and lots of dinning choices nearby. The room is petite size but affordable.

Front desk staff wasn’t the nicest. Upon checkout, I asked if I could leave my bag while I waited for my train and the front desk person gave me so much attitude and said “wow everyone wants to leave their bag” and then started slamming things around.

At the hotel I couldnt get wifi due to the lack in security for the net. I missed a very important meeting. I wasnt impressed by the room.
