The condition of the hotel was great. The facility was very nice. However, the customer service really sucked. They were very rude and it seemed as if they hated their job.

Check in process to 45 minutes since the room they gave me had not been cleaned. Finally gave me different room. no one entered the room so came home to a messy room. Other hotels in area clean and give towels when you are there multiple nights

I had reservations for a king bed when I arrived the desk host told me they did not have a king room available so they would get us a double bed. It was a special trip for my wife and myself. Although the double beds did work for us it was a disappointment knowing that what I reserved through the hotels site isn’t a guarantee. The front desk told me that there was nothing he could do since I booked through Hotels.com.

Our Room needed maintenance. Two years ago this place was in great condition. Breakfast was still very good!

Had a crew of mine stay here. They were happy with the stay. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Will stay here again when we are back in Cotulla.
