Great customer service

For starters this hotel is a glorified brothel. The bed literally has bisqueen/plastic on the bed under the sheet. The room had no towels. Did not realize until after I took a shower. Thank goodness my wife was there to get me a towel from downstairs. Went to take the power key out of the wall (which is what you have to do to leave the room, you have to disconnect all power from your room when you leave the room I'm guessing to save electricity that also means NO AC. (If you don't have AC when you leave, when you come back your room will be 90°) The power key outlet fell out of the wall turning power off to the entire room. There was bare exposed wires hanging out of the wall. The sliding glass door was wore out did not properly lock could be easily be opened by a criminal. The regular door did not have a deadbolt. Anybody could open the door with a credit card in about 10 seconds if they know what they're doing. The room was filthy. I wouldn't have took a bath in the bathtub if you paid me too. I could not tell you how nasty this place was.. for 30 more US I got a beautiful room right down the road less than half a block. How this motel has 8 plus stars is beyond me. I would not recommend if you have any quality of life.

The hotel is old and the rooms need upgrade. The bed was comfortable. There was a lack of usual hotel amenities in the room such as upgraded electrical outlets, no glasses, not enough towels, no hand towels, no wash clothes, and no facial tissues. But the staff got me everything I asked for.

Great old establishment and well run by friendly professional staff. Twenty four hour security so no problems at all. Couple of minor aged equipment in rooms but not a problem. I would stay there again any time.

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel while in the Philippines. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff are very friendly & quick to solve any problems you may have. The location is great if you are going to the entertainment district and within walking distance of the SM Clark mall. The only downside is that the hotel seems a little empty, but I assume that is because I like going in the off season for cheaper flights. This hotel is great and I hope to return many times in the future. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub room and didn’t use it as frequently as I had thought I would. I think a part of the reason was because I couldn’t find anyplace that sold bubble bath soap while overseas.

I took a shower late at night and discovered that there were no towels, had to dry myself with a robe. Pools are nice and the food is ok. The rooms are a nightmare.

I didn't like when I asked the bartender for 4 pool towels for me and my family and she said NO and said theres a 2 limit towels per room BUT then the Filipins woman behind me was given more then 2 towels . I guess just foreigners can't have more then 2 towels.

I reserved a room with a balcony and got a room without a balcony, at breakfast i ordered a tenderloin steak and got a flank steak. No elevator to the 2nd floor i had a drag my luggage up a spiral stairs.
