Had a great one night stay. Great if you’re landing late and need to start your vacay the next day!

Good hotel but bot very well maintained (deep cleaning missing). Nice breakfast on rooftop together with swimming pool.

I recently stayed at Infinity8 in Jimbaran and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were given a room that not only lacked a view but also had a strong, unpleasant odor. After expressing our concerns, we were able to request a new room; however, we were surprised to find that we had to pay a significant additional charge for the upgrade.
The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Despite the rooms being cleaned daily, there was consistently sand on the floors—even right after cleaning. Additionally, there were remnants of soap left on the bathroom tiles, which was quite off-putting.
While the service from the staff was generally acceptable, communication was often a challenge due to their limited English proficiency. This made requesting assistance or expressing concerns somewhat frustrating.
Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was quite poor, and the quality did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
Overall, my stay at Infinity8 was not what I had hoped for. With better attention to room conditions, cleanliness, and service quality, this hotel could significantly improve the experience for its guests. I would recommend considering other options in Jimbaran until these issues are addressed.

Had to wait until 2pm for the room key after checking in at 1.15 pm. Not a problem as check in was from 2pm, then had to wait a further 20 minutes to be told my room was not available until 8pm.
This was unacceptable and then they offered different rooms that was essentially a downgrade!!!. I waited patiently for the staff to come up with an alternative. Then shown another room that was again a downgrade and no windows,like a prison cell!!
Insisted on seeing a manager and eventually after much discussion they offered me a suite for duration of my stay.
Result!!! But they admitted they had extended the check out for the previous guests at my expense. They knew this at1.15 and failed to advise me then.
All's well that ends well but the lack of ownership for failure was shocking

Loud and Annoying. Stayed on the second floor facing the reception. Light comes in from the reception so you are never in the dark. Didn’t have one good nights sleep. Room service did not answer once in three days.
The restaurant can not make a cappuccino.

It’s nothing like the photos, it looks old and not well maintained. Even though is a cheap option I felt a little deceived from the photos. Kuta is not the nicest place in general too.

The rooms were clean but needed maintenance. The bathroom and toilets had some issues. Asked for hand towels, were told they do not provide it. We paid similar price at Ubud, and it was way lot better with more services. Location isn't very convenient. Not much eatery in walking distance. The staffs were very friendly and helpful though.

Nice place for a layover though not much within walking distance .
Rooms are clean wifi good , nice coffee shop next door and swimming pool was great, nice place to relax if you just want a chilled time

This was the worst hotel we stayed in Bali. Thankfully, we booked it for a night before leaving, but the room was not clean, bathroom had no shampoo or conditioner, front desk and the staff were not kind at all. The room had a very bad smell to begin with.

This a decent place to stay if you're looking for a short stay. Clean property, they have limited underground parking. As for the breakfast wish they had more choices. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Room wasn’t as clean specially the floor, bathroom area had mold. My room didn’t any have toiletries , just very basic. Staff was helpful and attentive. Restaurant food was delicious. It’s close to Garuda Wisnu Cultural park which is a plus.

When asked for better view room well in advance as we were there for our anniversary, we got a 5th floor but facing to the hotel floors. Hence natural light was barely getting in. Other lighting in the room was not great either.
They call it a superior room, but it's really an inferior. Not so big and bedding is average.
When booked via expedia, a welcome drink was offered which we never received. When asked the staff about it, they had no idea about it.
Roof top pool is great, around 1.4mtrs deep and has some great views of the ocean.
Overall not so great, didn't feel like it's a 4 star except for the pool, and rooftop view.

Stayed here a night because it was close to the airport! Clean and had my laundry done in a day.
