Room could use some upgrades - bathroom outlet broken, ironing board broken, crusty bathroom fixtures, freezer iced over, noisy fridge. Not the best at cancelling out the noises outside like vehicles and neighboring businesses.

Booked through Expedia. Got to hotel & they said I did not have a reservation. Used the confirmation number I had in email. Had to try to call Expedia, could not talk to a human. Finally gave up & pressed an option about booking & got confirmation number sent to my email. Went back in to hotel & gave same confirmation number & it worked, Room was dirty, Dirt & debris on the floor. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling. Wiped up water by dog spilled & napkins were black from the floor. Very noisy, Curtain didn’t even close fully. Went outside & looked in the window & you could see our bed in the mirror reflection cause the curtain was too short. Police making rounds in parking lot. Garbage all over on stairwells & by ice machine. Microwave was dirty, old plastic cup in freezer. Mosquitos in room . Wouldn't stay here again.

Served it's purpose ..... clean and a good night sleep. If your looking for hot tubs and fancy eating .... this place is not for you.

Tape holding our dirty floor together, was afraid to take off my shoes.

The desk clerk disappeared for hours in the afternoon with no replacement. We got there early and called to see if we could check in a little early. Even the 800# for HOTELS couldn’t get in touch with any one. Went to check out and had a hard time understanding the gentleman. Never got a receipt which I went in for. They are trying to update but have a long way to go.

Room was ok but AC did not work at all and it was 100+ degrees during the day an 90 degrees at night. Asked to switch rooms after reporting AC didnt work we were told we couldn’t get another room and was offered a fan and told maintenance would come. No one ever showed up so we ended up checking out a full 18 hours early after paying for a 2 day stay and not being offered any kind of refund. Will never be staying here again.

Worst place you can ever stay in your life. Staff berates you with cursing when you ask them a simple question. Thats if you can even find a staff member looked around for 20 minutes just for someone to check me in and then proceeds to yell obscenities to me multiple times . Even walks out the building yelling come back here with added expletives. Never stay here. Property even charged me after I tried to let Expedia handle it. Never ever stay here if you want any sort of service.

Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. There was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor! The room floor was dirty with drips and soiled spots. Walking on the floor turned my socks brown. There was mildew in the shower and a rusty toilet paper holder.

I have no review. My car broke down and it was towed to a nearby dealership. I needed a place to stay for the night. It looked like the best option. It is average to the places i usually stay. It meets my necessary requirements and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

I had to wait 25 minutes to check in because there was no one present at the front desk. Worst property I ever visited, decided not to stay there. The owner was extremely rude and gave me a hard time about having my small dog with me. I asked where his pet policy was posted. He said he could charge me any deposit he wanted for my dog. I told him I wanted to cancel my reservation and request an immediate refund. He started screaming at me. My advice to anyone considering a stay here...AVOID THIS PROPERTY!

Cockroaches were crawling around, and the owner is very disrespectful and likes to yell at people. My daughter got blood on the sheets and he told me Ihad to leave after day one. Yet I had paid for two. He also refused to give me a refund for the second day. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn because of his lack of understanding and his yelling at me when I showed upat my room that he deactivated my key too.
