Location was great. Easy access to the extensive tram system of Zurich. Near airport but our room was very quiet.

Very convenient location from the airport. Shuttle bus to the airport. Pretty clean. Only thing to complain is the pillows are very bad. Way too soft!

Brief stay before a flight and this hotel fitted the bill perfectly. The staff were helpful and kind. Restaurant and airport shuttle were a bit pricey but then, it is Switzerland.

Stayed here to be near the streetcar to get to the airport. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. A bit pricey for what is offered in my opinion but Zürich is a pricey place.

Mega convenient hotel close to airport and only 30 mins from central Zurich by tram. Room was clean and a good size. Comfortable bed. Airplane noise mainly eradicated by shutters and thick curtains. Hotel gym was surprisingly good. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Friendly staff make the hotel, always a smile. Comfortable rooms, nice bar area. 10 minutes from the airport on the tram or 30 minutes if you fancy a walk

Overall property is fine for a quick layover trip but isn’t located near anything.

The hotel is advertised with air-conditioning. It does not. I called and asked for a fan as I was ill. They don’t have fans. My daughter bought me bread so I could eat a piece of toast in the middle of the day to settle my stomach. They told her at reception that the toaster was put away, so they couldn’t help her. I booked a 3rd night and they called 3 times the second day to tell me I needed to check out. Before I could even respond, they’d say, “Oh, you have the room another night.”

This property is approximately 2.3 kilometres from the airport so in that regard it’s convenient. The train passes at the back of the property and aircraft fly over the top so if you’re sitting outside for dinner or breakfast it’s noisy. However you don’t hear any noise whilst sleeping. The young lady at check in was very helpful as were the wait staff at dinner. However, there was an older man at the desk in the evening that was dismissive towards my husband. The wait staff at breakfast were not helpful at all. Also if you use the shuttle service “Check in always “ they are unreliable & one driver in particular drove very fast and unsafe. We had an issue in the morning as our tour company actually came to the hotel and asked for us but the staff did not ring us in our room to advise they were here. Overall our room was clean and comfortable. The pillows are very soft resulting in your head falling through to the mattress.
