Trash hotel. Sorry but not sorry. For what I paid a night here and what I received? Not worth it. The pool had no service. There was a waiter but he ignored us at all costs. No music or vibe. The place seemed understaffed. The staff that I did interact with were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Most hotels offer you a drink or something while you wait to check in. Here? Nada. Rooms are outdated. Speakers didn’t work. Couch was dirty. Toilet was stained and old. I felt like I was back in the 90s. The room had a nice view of the ocean. Overall this strip of Ibiza wasn’t very appealing.

We had an excellent time at the Hard Rock Ibiza. Location is hard to beat as it's quite close to several food/ dining options and nightclubs.
Thought the breakfast was a bit expensive (40€ per person).
Overall cleanliness was good, but I can be quite picky. I have short hair, found a few longer hairs (probably cleaning staff) within my room over several days.
Had a room facing the street/ beach so was quiet when it needed to be. Would consider coming back.
Ps. Check-in was easy and the staff were great!

It was conveniently located close to major clubs you could easily walk to and from. Service was amazing, 24hr room service the best. All areas were always pristine and i felt safe throughout the property.

Very disappointed, apparently you must be drunk 24/7 to overlook the rudeness and poor service of a 5 star hotel! Should’ve stayed at Ushuaia across the street!

I loved my room facing the sea with a tub and shower facing it as well. The hotel has a very fun vibe and the location is great. I especially liked the rooftop bar. I prefer this hotel over Ushuaia as it’s more quiet and peaceful yet just one block over for fun parties.

the hotel is awesome! great vibe loads of things to do close to all the night clubs... but maybe a little too close. there were a few nights we wanted to just chill we were probably in the wrong place for that.
but all in all was a great stay.

An amazing experience for a young family, kids club was out of this world all the staff looking after the children were so kind and friendly exactly where you want to leave your kids!

Very expensive. A bottle of water is over 10$
They had to change our room because they gave us a handicap room for some reason n the beginning and while we where there we saw may cases where people
Where charged 170 euro for checking out 20 min late !!
