Everything was good until the weekend and then it’s very noisy. The hotel states that the quiet time start at 10pm but that’s a lie it never got quiet on the weekend. During the week it was quiet. Everything is over priced.

Always an amazing time and experience when staying at Margaritaville. We stayed with both our 1 yr and 3 yr old. This was our 3rd stay. Rooms are clean and an ok size for a family. We absolutely love the balcony.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. We were able to watch the boat parade from the 10th floor patio area and had a blast.

Hotel.com did not accurately represent the costs - property has weird layout, lousy restaurant - disappointed with my first Margaritaville stay

The room was great , clean with a beautiful view but we where staying next to what seems high school students on both sides which we had to go outside the room and then them to please be courteous and keep down the noice and they where in the hallway playing around going from room to room being loud . We decided to let the front desk know which option “0” to front desk was not working and we called the hotel directly and they stated they would send security with the stopped playing outside the dooms but continued to be loud in there rooms , walls are obvious very thin .

I love staying here and stay here often. However this time I did get an adjoining room which would have been fine but the doors adjoining the two rooms didn’t lock

The layout was somewhat confusing, with reception and bar/coffee shop on the tenth floor. Sound insulation was not good so I woke up both nights with the sound of vigorous sexual activity in an adjacent room. Convenient parking and location.

There was very little help from staff. Check in was on the tenth floor. A resort fee was charged, not made aware of this fee until we arrived, and the resort amenities weren't available due to it being off season. We won't return.

The location of everything was very confusing. We had to take two different elevators and an escalator to get the the dinning area. That is something that made me say i will not be going back to that hotel. The bed was not comfortable and there was no body wash in the container and the conditioner container was clogged causing it to spray all over the shower wall.

Got 2 free Waterpark passes for getting a king room so that was a nice surprise. The observation wheel goes around 3 times but might stop in midair as other cars on wheel are loaded. It was good but the bed frame was a tad bit on the light weight side for more bigger humans. Decent stay!

Windows were smeared and so dirty. Sink was dirty when we checked in. Refrigerator was not cold. No microwave in rooms either. No complimentary coffee or water at lobby. The only good thing was the arcade.

They provide luggage karts for you to bring your luggage in with you to check in on the 10th floor. Checkin was quick and easy. Ask for a do not disturb door tag, there wasnt one in our room.
