The room was fine and comfortable, but the checkin was a mess. At 5pm, there was no one at reception, and we had to get our key from a lockbox outside. Not a big deal, but completely impersonal.

Excellent in style and a lovely room for a very good price and spotlessly clean
Check in worked easy using the code sent that morning to open a key locker as reception is unmanned
Only a few minutes walk from the old town center and close to the castle
Best low price hotel we've been in for years !

Nobody at the reception, closed door, paper on the door said that I had recieved an e-mail with a code, which I did not. So I need to call, feld like she was in a rush, couldn’t hear her properly. I also selected the hotel for the parking lot. But that was not available and I needed to go to a public one (and needed to pay of course)So check in did not make me happy at all. Room was good, also walking distance to the center

It was great and staff was friendly and amazing. But the lack of AC was uncomfortable for us even at this time of the year.

In general, this is a lovely hotel. Room was spotless and everything was fine. The main issue, is that there is no air con - there was a decent fan in the room, which worked well, but it was still 28C in the room and as the hotel is close to a busy road, having the window open is difficult.
Other than that, it was very good value for money compared to some we stayed in on the same holiday.

The hotel was completely unstaffed, but they had a keycard safe system that worked very well. The room was very clean and peaceful, and the area is very pleasant. However, there were no facilities for hot drinks.

Great location. We will definitely stay again. The fest was two blocks Away and easy to get in and out of.
